Silviu’s place was lovely. It was charming and within walking distance of a Chinese super market, the lake, and a place for coffee. Silviu even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which was extremely kind. His place is close to the train station but it is a would have felt very long with our heavy bags. He was very kind and responsive before and during the visit. There was also parking right in-front of the place for our friends who had a car. We had a great stay.

We were very happy with the accommodation as a family with young kids & sone friends. Very spacious, great hosts and one of the best views over lake como.

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Words can not describe how incredible this place was. The photos do not do the villa justice of how incredible the view was. Michela was a fantastic host who met us and showed up around the villa. It has more appliances than an electrical, and has everything you need. If you can make time to stay here I would highly recommend it. A true authentic Italian getaway at Lake Como. Wow, wow, wow!!

Perfect location and ideal for families (2ad and 2chd). Great for exploring lake como and very close to the train station. Everything we needed for a trip. Alessandra was very responsive and the perfect host - even bringing us a fan when we got a little warm in the evening. The space is much bigger than we realised and we loved the amount of space we had.

I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

Villa Maria Laura exceeded every expectation. The beauty of the property and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking! The villa is serene and very private, but also a short walk into Lierna with great restaurants, Riva Bianca beach and boat rentals (a must do!). Also a short drive to Varenna. This thing this Villa has that others do not is Giulia, the sweetest, most amazing host! She is a wonderful communicator, extremely helpful setting up reservations, boat rentals, taxis into Varenna. I cannot say enough. Just book Villa Maria Laura. Don’t wait. You will not regret it. Ciao!

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and cozy. The apartment was super equipped, even for our baby with a cot and high chair. The washing machine was of course very convenient. There were all sorts of little things that made the start easier (milk, butter, spices, ... even a bottle of sparkling wine was ready in the fridge!). Katia responded very quickly and gave us tips for the area. It is difficult to explore the village with the stroller, as the streets consist of many small stones. Of course, it was better with the stretcher, but due to the steep streets, this is quite exhausting. The bar under the apartment was practical and not excessively loud, in the small shop a few meters away there was the essentials to buy (also e.g. fruit, vegetables, rolls,...).

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Absolutely loved the place. Fantastic location, fantastic view. 10 min walking to the city centre. For sure recommended. Very clear and well maintained.

WOW! This place looks better than the photos. Luxury and perfect location. Elevator makes checking in and out very easy. View from apartment is beautiful and peaceful. Anna was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to get around Como on foot and great access from all train stations. Highly recommend and want to return.
