Located on a small pedestrian street, it thus offers a uniquely peaceful and quiet atmosphere while still being within close proximity to the city and the lake, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The Como-Brunate funicular, the lakefront restaurants, Viale Geno beach, and the city center are within walking distance. The apartment is about 50 meters above the lake, so it is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)
