Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Prospect Park

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

I would definitely recommend staying here. I was celebrating my birthday & Morlisa surprised me with a bottle of Rose☺️(I’m 24). If you want somewhere to stay that’s comfortable & less chaotic than staying in a hotel within Manhattan, this is the place. Close to the JFK airport too.

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!

The stay here was wonderful. Kathryn was super helpful and responsive and the place itself was gorgeous. Everything was spotless and all instructions were extremely straightforward and clear (many notes left around the house as well as the lockbox to help you manage your stay). The place was also extremely close to the subway and had multiple places to eat/ go to nearby!

Carla's place was beautiful, bright, spotless and felt very peaceful. It was a wonderful place to come back to at the end of busy days and evenings. I had the pleasure of meeting Carla a couple of times outside as we were coming and going. She is very warm and friendly. I didn't need anything during my stay but I appreciated how she made me feel that she would be easy to reach out to if I needed her. Carla's communicated quickly from start to finish. I will look forward to returning to Carla's place on my next visit to Brooklyn!

This apartment is a fantastic base to explore the city. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well laid out. It stayed nice and cool during our stay too. The location is on a great block that's close to great shops, restaurants, and activities, and is also very close to the subway. We really enjoyed our visit.

Such a cute space and great location. Was a little worried about potential street noise, but the bedroom was on the other side of the house so we heard nothing. Zero issues with street parking. Comfortable bed, working ac, clean place. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Full of character and in the middle of Cobble Hill. Not for everyone. Ceilings are low. Stairs are steep, and the building is old. But if you are looking for a unique, comfortable experience. This is it.

Visited Brooklyn for a work trip and stayed at Jamal & Dacia's charming studio to get the most of Brooklyn as I possibly could in 24 hours! I appreciated how clean the space was, as well as amenities with water, snacks and ice cold AC for the hot humid weather! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

We had the most wonderful time staying at this apartment. Andre was awesome from the time we booked right through to when we checked out. Always quick to respond and so lovely to talk to, we received clear instructions and lots of recommendations. The apartment was awesome and we felt right at home straight away. It was perfect. The area feels safe and you’re footsteps away from a subway station taking you anywhere! I will definitely be booking this again if I am every fortunate enough to come back to New York! Jennifer offers so many nice touches to make you feel at home! The bathroom has qtips, cotton balls, makeup wipes and even a specially designated makeup towel! Great shower water pressure and water gets nice and hot quickly! There were 2 beers and 2 cokes in the fridge, with a welcome note! We were traveling in a large van, and had no trouble parking it directly in front of the apartment, only had to move it for street cleaning on Thursday. Jennifer responded to my questions regarding recommendations, almost immediately. Bus lines and subway station are within walking distance. Catholic Church at the end of the block. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place, I highly recommend to stay where you feel at home. And this is what this place it is.

Donovon’s apartment was simply smashing. We discovered there are plenty of beautiful and unique places to visit in Brooklyn. Still lots left to visit next time. About ten minute walk to the closest subway. Thank you, Donovon, for all you do.

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Had an amazing stay at Styopa’s place! It was clean, and just as pictures described. Centrally located, and close to train stations too. Styopa answered all questions I had, and allowed me to check in early too! Check in/out was a breeze as well. I’d 100% come back to stay here next time I’m in Brooklyn!! Thanks again :)

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

Stayed here and used the MTA bus and subway. So much nearby and a great space. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
