This sunny getaway is the whole top floor of our classic Victorian house on a beautiful tree-lined street, just blocks away from the Beverly Q train. This is a hosted listing in our full-time home. Our renovated family townhouse features a stocked luxury kitchen with dishwasher, pro gas range, Vitamix, etc, even a baby grand piano. THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.

Sam’s place was 10/10 and exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, peaceful, quiet, easily accessible and conveniently located to lots of public transportation within a few minutes. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. Sam was very personable and made me feel right at home. I will always book at Sam’s place whenever I visit New York.

I had a fantastic stay! Bernadette and Morgan were truly wonderful and helpful hosts. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, regularly checking in to see if I needed anything. The room itself was very nice: clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect space to relax and unwind. I really appreciated the care and hospitality they showed throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Even though NYC has a law stating all Air BNB hosts need to be on premises--which could probably be awkward in other parts of NYC in an apartment setting--this is a large, historical home with a great deal of space and seperate areas for guests. It was very clean. The bathroom for guests has a claw foot tub, beautiful tilework, and a very spacious walk in shower. Laura is super cool and nice and obviously has spent some time on this property. I planned on using it as a place to stay when I wasn't out wandering the city and it was perfectly ideal for that. Finding a hotel in NYC that would have as much space and privacy would be difficult.

Beautiful room with amenities and all you need for a week trip to NYC. The area is a bit noisy as some construction work is currently underway, but not much of a problem is you are an early bird. Jennifer was responsive and friendly. Thanks
