This sunny getaway is the whole top floor of our classic Victorian house on a beautiful tree-lined street, just blocks away from the Beverly Q train. This is a hosted listing in our full-time home. Guests will share the house with us (2 hosts & our cat) per the NYC OSE short term rental guidelines.

Family owned classic Brownstone with spacious private backyard. Located in historic Park Slope, Brooklyn, steps away from restaurants, nightlife and amazing pizza/bagels/coffee shops. One block from the F and G subway station and two blocks from Prospect Park. We are a family building and safety is the utmost priority. You may not invite more guests into the apartment that are not approved by the reservation time. Any unlisted guests will be grounds to cancel the reservation.

Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

A modern kitchen is featured, showcasing sleek cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A small dining table is set for four, accompanied by white chairs. Soft wood flooring complements the neutral color scheme. Natural light is allowed to fill the space through the open doorway leading to the living area.

Location is great close to two subway stations. Considering nyc prices this is a great choice to be just outside manhattan since it’s super easy to get into the city. Place can get hot when it’s warm but fan helps. Lots of rules but just be an adult and nothing to worry about but you can tell that have had some dummies stay with them. They are super organized and it works well

We were very confident with our stay at Garys and Mariannes house. We had a sleeping room with enough space for 2 people and our own bathroom and entry why it felt like an own little apartment. The rooms were equipped with all important things and Gary was very responsive and helpful. It was good to come back to this calmer neighborhood after a busy and noisy day in Manhattan.

Marjorie was a wonderful host. The room was very clean and perfect for my short stay. The neighborhood had many shopping and food options. There were bus routes nearby so getting around Brooklyn was very easy for me. I would recommend this place for any solo traveler.
