Townhome vacation rentals in Prospect Park

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

It was a pleasure to be able to stay somewhere so conveniently located with all the family whilst out in New York. It was well set up to be a home base and made our visit so much easier by being well maintained and stocked with all the essentials! My family and I stayed at this Bronx apartment for four nights while in town for a Fordham graduation, and had a great experience. The space was super clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light. The rooms were very spacious, which made it really comfortable for our stay. We did not utilize the backyard space much, but it was lovely nonetheless. The host was very accommodating, responsive and allowed an earlier check in, which we truly appreciated. The only minor issue was that the window shade in the main bedroom didn’t work well, but it did not impact our stay. A quick note for future guests: the apartment is in a busy residential neighborhood, and the surrounding homes are full of life—people enjoying time outside, playing music, kids running around. If you’re sensitive to outdoor noise or prefer a very quiet setting, this might not be the best fit. That said -- a incredible place to stay; 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Jersey City was absolutely wonderful! Roxanne and Richard are fantastic, experienced, and very responsive hosts. The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well thought out - it has everything (and more!) we could possibly need. This made daily routines and cooking super easy and enjoyable. The location is great and felt very safe. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Journal Square station. From there, you can get to the WTC station in Manhattan in just 15 minutes on the PATH train. Highly recommended!

My stay was nothing short of amazing! 🤩The apt looked gorgeous and VERY clean. Kim is also an amazing host! She was very responsive and super helpful when needed. Def will stay again next time I’m in Jersey!

my family & I enjoyed our stay in this home. the house is super super clean, lots of space, had everything we needed. we parked 3 cars pretty good. I was so impressed about how clean the house, towels, sheets, blankets, dishes, rugs, sofas was and everything in perfect conditions. 5 stars for this home and 5 stars to Wilson he was a great host.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb with friends and two kids. The Airbnb is in an amazing location right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to several restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are super responsive to any questions or concerns. They also have all the amenities you may need for a beach day and the kitchen is well-stocked. The weather sadly did not cooperate with us this year and we were unable to take advantage of our proximity to the beach but would definitely stay here again the next time we plan a Rockaway beach getaway.

We chose Luz's Airbnb because of the proximity to Manhattan and relatively reasonable cost for long time stay. Our concern before coming to US, especially transportation from West New York to Manhattan, has faded away as we became accustomed to using New Jersey Transit buses. It is so easy and takes about 20 minutes to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan even with some traffic jam. We really appreciate Alejandra's help when we need some.

Our stay at Donnas place was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Donna was easy to communicate with and provided great local tips. We were visiting for my granddaughter's 17th birthday and spent two days at the American Dream Mall which was approximately a 20-minute drive from the condo. It was so nice to be able to come back to the condo and spread-out and relax after visiting the Mall. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of in a cramped hotel room.

Nine of us enjoyed a fantastic stay. With the two separate floors, our younger generation had the space & privacy to come & go without any disturbances to us older folks on the first floor. The beds allowed for refreshing sleep & everyone had the privacy they needed. The community spaces are perfectly set up & centrally located. Travel to and from Newark airport was very convenient &, for us, the location was an equal distance to the parties we attended over the weekend. Without hesitation, I recommend this home. It exceeded our expectations & allowed for multiple generations to stay together & connect easily while also maintaining space. The hosts are also fantastic!! They were always available & responded quickly. Very kind, helpful & understanding when I had requests. Lastly, the home is a great value and worth every penny!!

The place is exactly like what it described and shown on pictures. Monica is always responsive and very clear with all the instructions needed. the place quite walkable to the path station. overall its a great place to stay if youre visit jersey city and trying to visit NYC. The path makes commute Manhattan is easy.

We had a week fantastic stay in Urban Serenity - a beautiful brownstone in Harlem! The space was full of character and charm with lovely architectural details that gave it an authentic New York feel. House was clean with comfortable beds, lovely linen & had everything we needed for our NYC experience. Highly recommend & will definitely return if travelling again with 3 couples.

We had a great experience staying at Christopher’s townhouse for my brother’s graduation! Nice location, and had a lot of privacy considering we were in one of the busiest cities in the world. Would highly recommend!

I didn’t meet John but he made check in easy for myself and my mother-in-law. We needed to check in a little bit before the check-in time and John was able to accommodate that. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place was as described, even a little bit roomier than we had expected. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and we were able to get over the bridge pretty quickly and get right into where we need too. It’s a quiet neighborhood with free parking. I highly recommend Johns place.
