Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Mid Century Modern. Full remodel. This is a basement level mother in law apartment. It has a cheery bedroom with a king size bed, dressing table, dresser, closet. The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. I am literally about 10 minutes from everywhere - the airport, downtown, Mall of America. Private basement "suite" includes a living room with large screen tv with Netflix. Your bedroom has a Beauty-rest World Class bed (Westin uses this one) with black-out blinds. The luxurious jet tub will profoundly calm and relax you. Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.

Shop the Mall of America and the Eagan Outlet mall!! Our suite is close to many venues. Our charming suite is the upper floor of our house, not the entire home. There is no kitchen. Our lovely home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood is minutes from Mall of America, the Eagan Outlet Mall and both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
