Romantic fully renovated farmhouse in the convenience of downtown Chaska. The three bedrooms, one and a half baths are wrapped in character and detail throughout. From beautiful wood floors and window frames to a wonderful wooden stairway and banister. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The space is unique and well appointed. As advertised, the second bedroom has a pull out couch. Ideally, I would have preferred a bed or air mattress. Again, we understood this when we chose this location. I would recommend staying here. The kitchen is awesome!

What a memorable weekend away! Jenna is an exceptional host. We’ve stayed at one of her places in the past, and she was just as wonderful now as she was then. The Stuga House was full of historic charm and all the modern amenities you could want. It was cozy, and cute, and so close to both nature and downtown. The trail alongside the river was our favorite, as was the two minute walk to the local coffee shop and breakfast. Also, Carver Creamery has some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had! No exaggeration. Our favorite spot from the trip though was the cozy little nook in the second bedroom. Perfect for cuddling up with a book and our pups, or a mid afternoon nap. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back again.
