Our loft, located in a residential area, is at a walkable distance from the bus station and the supermarket; in 5’ you can reach the metro towards Rome center (takes only 15’). L'appartamento si compone di un monolocale con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale; una piccola camera con letto matrimoniale senza finestra, un bagno e un piccolo balcone.

Oriolo 51 - Lovely flat beginning of via Cassia

It is a lovely two-room apartment in a residential area. It is located in front of Veio park and at night it is very quiet. The location is excellent for those moving towards the center of Rome, the Olympic stadium, the Auditorium, Ponte Milvio, Marymount and AOSR but it is also 5 minute drive from the ring road. It is very close to the three main hospitals of the area, Gemelli (15 min by car), San Pietro and Sant Andrea (5 min by car). Recently renovated, it has modern and elegant furnishings.
