Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

My stay was a great experience! I was on my honeymoon with my husband and we loved the apartment — super cozy, we really liked the utensils that made our stay even easier. The space is a whim, with a beautiful aesthetic and decoration, we really like this detail too!! 🫶🏽

Jussara was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and she responded very fast. Lovely space, very friendly doormen as well as being walkable to so many things including the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment, and if we return to Santos we will give preference to this apartment.

Everything is perfect and very neat. The only thing we find strange is that the daily rate is never 24 hours, we know it's a practice but it's strange to pay a daily rate of 21 hours but the rest was perfect.

Excellent accommodation, from the beginning of the stay until the end they answered messages about questions I had, always helpful and agile. Very good location, quiet, the beach itself is for people looking for tranquility because it is not a busy beach, but everything you need (markets, bakeries..) is nearby and easy to access. The apartment is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos! Anyway, only positive points, nothing negative... I'll be back more often.

We rented Mr. Silvio's place for the end of the year 2022. After several disappointments renting homes through Airbnb we were afraid and what we would find. We had an excellent surprise with Mr. Silvio's house, the house even better than the pictures. The house very close to markets, beach, fish shop and bakery everything as indicated to Mr. Silvio. Then the warm welcome of the housekeeper who was on site at the scheduled time, very helpful and polite showed us the whole house. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. It showed us everything in the house that included bath towels, bedding all very clean. All kitchen utensils working and high quality. Our special thanks to the homemade Mrs. Adenisa and Mr. Toninho who were extremely attentive and gave us all the necessary support during our stay. Great!! We recommend and will be back!!

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer
