Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia Ocian

My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, organized, cozy and very well located. Host Kathelen was super attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all messages. I felt very well taken care of throughout the period. I definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

We hosted me and my friend, Geisa and her mother were super helpful, the apartment was clean, more beautiful than the photos. The bedroom bed is wonderful, very comfortable, you can take a nap😝. Enough kitchen utensils.

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Wonderful location, we did everything on foot, many restaurants, bars around all within walking distance, the hotel receptionist very friendly, attentive gave us tips, the AP is very complete we loved the stay. Anderson is very polite, attentive and helpful.

The host was extremely understanding and receptive, there is nothing to complain about, I intend to return as soon as possible!

Valdemar is a great host, responds quickly, is polite and attentive. The apartment is well located, half a block from the beach. The markets, bakeries and bars are very close. I will come back more often.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

We stayed with a group of 17 people and the experience was simply wonderful! The house is impeccable, very well maintained, clean and with a structure that perfectly met all our needs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a super pleasant energy — ideal for enjoying with family and friends. We felt at home from the first moment. It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

Cristina and her husband are super attentive, wonderful house, it was cold, but the house overcame this issue, heated pool, hydro in the suite, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and perfect TVs, really complete house perfect for enjoying rest, we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll definitely be back.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

My partner and I really liked the place, easy access, everything close, we were able to enjoy it a lot, we rested well, the place was clean, clean beds, bathroom, the kitchen well organized, and we really appreciate the organization and that caught our attention, we love the apartment and highly recommend it.

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !
