I my family and friends love, super cozy apartment very complete, very complete condominium. Super gentle gatekeepers really speechless we really love very much.

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

The apartment is great met all the expectations, a cozy place very clean and organized. All windows and balcony have a beach view which is beautiful. Everton is super attentive and provides all the assistance needed. So for sure we will come back more often.

We spent a very special weekend at Fábio's apartment, as a Mother's Day gift for my mother, who dreamed of seeing the sea again. The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and tastefully decorated. We truly feel at home. The view of the beach is wonderful and brought even more charm to this very significant moment. Mr. Neto, from the concierge, was very helpful and guided us with all the necessary information, which made us feel even more welcomed. Fábio was also attentive and provided us with a peaceful and welcoming experience. We will definitely be back!

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso coffee capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packaged face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is amazing, really cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many tours and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to check-out, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer
