I loved the place, well located, the beach is more empty, which was better because I have a child and she had no problem getting lost.

Stephanie's apartment is wonderful, our communication with her was super effective, the condominium staff were also super helpful the entire time of our stay. We feel at home all the time. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Myself and my family, we stayed 4 days very avontate, were days very blessed by God, since the entrance and the exit, congratulations Claudiney and all of the ordinance that treated us very well, I indicate to everyone, we will soon return with God's permission.

The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

The apartment is great, very clean and in an excellent location, close to everything! We will definitely be back, as the host was extremely kind, always responding promptly when needed. The coffee with cake was a special detail that made all the difference in the welcome. We definitely recommend it!

Excellent accommodation, the apartment is exactly as described. Better yet, you can count on bed and bath linens, which helps reduce luggage. Close to the beach and with a lot of shopping, a very easy region to do everything without a car. We're already thinking about coming back again.

Lica, as I told you on other occasions, I love your fit, it's great located and perfect for me and my family. I talked about the bathroom issue because it really is already small and adding the chair can be good for many people who rent but for us it was bad because it made the space smaller. Have some masonry have a look in the room, have some mould behind the bed, it smells strong. There must be some infiltration. On the first day we were served by Antonio, concierge people finissima, super polite and cordial enough with us, so much so that when we went to the market we brought a gift box for him. But on the other days, it returned the same as it had last year, extremely grumpy and unsympathetic. I really don't understand how the janitor keeps a person like him there yet. (or he's the janitor, I don't really know). Over the pressure cooker, I bought it from my heart, present for the wonderful moments I spend with my family there.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I loved staying at Bruno's apartment, everything was very close and the neighborhood was super safe. I visited 3 beaches and even went to Santos to visit because the Uber motorcycle was very cheap. Bruno equipped the entire house to make me comfortable, even a hair dryer, bedding, cleaning products and kitchen utensils so I didn't have to bring anything. The pool is also great and I would definitely come back other times!

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

Katia gave clear instructions, directions to useful places, restaurants, shops … The location is great, close to everything! We'll be back more often!

Clean, cozy, spacious and functional apartment. Privileged view, excellent pool and staff treated us well, welcomed us wonderfully. Everything was quiet and perfect. We will definitely come back more often.

The flat is identical to the photos and is extremely clean. As soon as we walked in, we could smell the cleanliness and the place was totally cozy. The view is incredible, and the beach is across the street, just cross. Wander is very attentive, helpful and responds very quickly. In addition to providing bed linen, which makes it much easier to pack. We will definitely return!

The accommodation was simply wonderful. The apartment is cozy, clean, organized and very nicely decorated. Marli is very attentive and welcomes us with pampering. One advantage is that you don't need to bring a sheet, blanket, and pillow. The apartment is very safe and the view is beautiful. There were even amenities in the bathroom. We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Wonderful location, we did everything on foot, many restaurants, bars around all within walking distance, the hotel receptionist very friendly, attentive gave us tips, the AP is very complete we loved the stay. Anderson is very polite, attentive and helpful.
