Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

Great location! The appartment has all ome needs and is very clean!

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my brothers, I felt very safe inside the building. There is a market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach is also within walking distance and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to return because we only did a round trip! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towels.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in a great location, with a market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The space has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to stay in exactly the same place!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small.) the place is very close to the beach and easily accessible.
