A small house with two double bedrooms, one with air-conditioning and the other with a ceiling fan, a living room and kitchenettes with a stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, with an indoor bathroom and an outdoor one in the barbecue area, and a garage. With easy access to the highway, and 15 minutes from the large beaches of Toninhas and Tenório, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. OUR BACKYARD IS ONLY SHARED WITH US, as we live in the front house with a separate garage. We do not leave towels and blankets.

Awarded for years for the high satisfaction of its customers, perfect for people who like tranquility and seek rest while contemplating the surrounding forest, which is a show in itself.

The inviting living area features a cozy blue couch adorned with patterned cushions, complemented by a small wooden table. A vibrant area rug adds warmth, while open shelving displays various kitchen items. Natural light enters through the two upper windows, enhancing the space.

With security and privacy, the Greece-themed house has a comfortable and structured 300m2, airy and fresh and with new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!
