The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. And the great highlight was the whirlpool, simply wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The location is also excellent, providing incredible moments of rest and leisure. The house is huge, the condominium is beautiful that makes you want to live there The rooms are large and the beds are great! Great for those who go with children. We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in a great location, with a market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The space has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to stay in exactly the same place!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

We had an amazing time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Dishes, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.

The house was impeccable, it had everything we needed for a quiet stay, even what we thought we wouldn't need, the house offers. The condominium is excellent, with a wonderful leisure area and an incredible view of Toninhas and Enseada beaches. The balconies of the house also have a breathtaking view. The location is privileged, with easy access to several beaches and the center. There was a pool leak issue on the last day of our stay, but it didn't bother us and I believe the condominium has already resolved it. Roger also gave clear instructions on the location and access to the apartment. In addition, upon arrival, we were faced with two booklets with all the information we needed for our stay, including recommendations for tours and restaurants. We'll be back for sure!
