I really liked the apartment, it is very spacious, it is as advertised, with a great location, both to go to the beaches, as well as to the market, pharmacy, you can do everything on foot. I really liked the flexibility to enter the apartment, Alex was very helpful, answered all questions and provided all the information clearly.

Great stay, matches the listing, clean and organized apartment, very clear building instructions, very cold pool and no heater, but very clean and large. Cordial doormen, on both shifts. Rafael is very kind, responds quickly, my family and I love it, we will definitely be back !!!!

Incredible accommodation for those who like to stay close to the Itagua shoreline and with easy access to the highways to explore the south and north beaches, extremely clean and well-distributed space, very comfortable beds and sofa and all the necessary utensils. First, thank Sergio for cordiality and attention before and during the stay. The apartment dispenses comments, amazing! The condominium offers a fantastic structure, we went in 6 with two babies and we all accommodated with great comfort! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply cinema! super recommend it.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as possums etc. The path to the beach is very close and the furnishings of the apartment are awesome. I'll definitely be back.

the hostess was extremely solicitous and attentive! house clean, organized, with everything we needed. the barbecue area of the house is overlooking the sea, and exclusive exit to the sea. a delight to spend the day with family and pets. I recommend the house and I intend to return!

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
