Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Praia do Lázaro

We spent a very pleasant family weekend in the house. As I had read here, it is even better than the photos. The location is excellent, not too far away, within a quiet and safe house condominium. It is steps from Lazaro beach, great for children for being shallow and with few waves (we saw even fish on the right side of it). We also know the Domingas Dias beach, the condominium gives access to it too, it was well worth it. The house has all structure, air-conditioned rooms, gourmet area equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was proactive, kind, flexible with checkin and checkout and very quick to answer. We will definitely return.

A home that exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 12 (6 couples), the house served us perfectly, the pool is a show apart, the house has impeccable cleanliness and a beautiful garden that is very well maintained. In the kitchen, there are all the utensils for cooking, you don't need to bring anything. All rooms are en-suites with a single bed, there is no double bed in the house; because it is not a box bed, it is bad to join and make a double bed. The gas showers provided us with great baths. The house is one block from the house in a quiet and safe condominium. I'd like to highlight Ricardo's attention, which was spectacular. I wish you good rentals and look forward to staying with you again!

The house is very nice and comfortable, it looks the same as the photos and the published descriptions. Thiago is very friendly and helpful. It's a place to go by car because it's a little far away. The neighborhood beach is beautiful.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, the experience was wonderful from beginning to end, very helpful and attentive host (Mr. Douglas) We used the pool, common space, very good, location is great with good shopping structure, easy access to beaches, we want to go back! The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we took the opportunity to visit both places. Despite the rain, we enjoyed it a lot, we'll be back soon!

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The dream house is really a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made our stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with an outside temperature of 22 degrees.

We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils you can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were fragrant and soft, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable, with clean, scented sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can see the care and whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! More foot in the sand than that would be impossible. Quality towels and linens, pressurized showers, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local handyman) and Kellen welcomed us very warmly, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos's soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also leave a special thanks to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to come back!! I highly recommend it, but be prepared to raise the bar of the airBnbs you frequent haha

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
