We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

Our stay at AP D. Cindy was wonderful and very well used! The accommodation is spacious, with spacious and at the same time cozy rooms, providing the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. One of the biggest differentials is the privileged location: in a quiet environment and, best of all, very close to Praia do Lázaro, allowing us to walk without any difficulty. Praia do Lázaro, besides being beautiful in itself, was our starting point to explore other beauties of the region. From there, we can easily access Domingas Dias Beach, with its crystal-clear waters and impeccably clean sand, and also Sununga Beach, famous for the charming Cave that cries, an almost mystical setting that is worth the visit. In addition, Praia do Lázaro itself offers the opportunity to take boat trips to the nearby islands, an incredible experience to admire nature. Another highlight of our experience was D.'s attention and care. Cindy, who was always helpful.

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

The house is in a condominium in Saco da Ribeira, where the main marinas of the region are. There is a mall two blocks with market, and good bar/restaurant/pizzeria. Beaches are very close, but I used a car to go all. I didn't find any paths I could take to walk. The condominium pool is clean, good size and good business hours. There is always an employee of the condominium taking care of. As in the ad, the house has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, but since it was very hot during the period I went, it lacked air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with all items you may need. Large room.

Our stay was great! The apartment is very comfortable and complete, check-in was extremely quick and easy. The condominium is super organized. Clarissa was very helpful from the start and responded quickly. The condominium is relatively far from the center, but it is easy to access. Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are on the same street as the condominium, so it's very easy to get to these places. I highly recommend it!
