It's a simple, super quiet place, 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) from the beach, a 5- to 10-minute drive to Praia Dura, Lázaro, Sununga, and Domingas Dias. The house is located in a neighborhood; it's not in a gated community, but it's a super quiet place. I live next door to the house, and I'll be available. Please respect the quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.
