We had an amazing stay at Bittencourt's place, the house was impeccable and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt at home and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend it to those looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Close to everything you need, big markets and everything I needed was close by. We will definitely be back, the host is always ready to help us. Everything was amazing

Amazing house, wonderful view and very good pool!! Marco responds quickly and gave all the support. To go to the toninhas, just leave the car inside near the entrance and walk down to an access at the entrance of the condominium, very good!

I was impressed with the hospitality and attention we received during our stay! My husband, our little dog and I traveled and stayed for 3 nights. From the first contact, Thiago and Cleber were extremely helpful and attentive. Thiago responded quickly to all our interactions and helped us promptly when we requested the key to the glass door that separates the entrance to the house from the pool. This was especially important to us, as we wanted to ensure our dog's safety when we went out and left her alone. Everything described in the listing was present: high-quality kitchen utensils, comfortable bed and bath linens, wonderful rooms and an amazing master suite with a king-size bed and whirlpool. The living room couch was also very comfortable. The convenience is great! The house is close to downtown Itaguá, with lots of restaurants nearby and a nice waterfront for walking. Very good stay, we find it very safe, owner André always very requested. Township of the beach. Just a few small points to improve. But in general, we highly recommend it, and we would definitely be back.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

The house is beautiful and very tasteful. The only points that can improve are the electrical part and cleanliness, leave the house aired a day before guests use it. It smelled very musty, and there were some food crumbs. but I would definitely come back.

Each extremely comfortable, we were in 10 people but large spaces all well accommodated. We were received with great attention by Dona Neide, who passed the instructions and made herself available. Village exceeded expectations! Neighborhood with nearby things to do by car. We want to return!!!

The dream house is really a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made our stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with an outside temperature of 22 degrees.

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! More foot in the sand than that would be impossible. Quality towels and linens, pressurized showers, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local handyman) and Kellen welcomed us very warmly, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos's soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also leave a special thanks to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to come back!! I highly recommend it, but be prepared to raise the bar of the airBnbs you frequent haha

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, very nice, spacious..... Five stars easily, the location is also very good, close to some waterfalls and many beaches. I only missed a water filter in the house, a washing machine and new bed linen, the rest is a 10 as well as the host.

The experience was excellent! The view is simply wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, even better in person. Everything was very well organized, clean and with attention to detail. Katia and Marcela were always very polite and helpful, they helped me with everything I needed, responding quickly whenever we needed something. It was very worthwhile, the place is beautiful, cozy and super well maintained. I would definitely come back!

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We preferred to stay more in the chalet to enjoy the space than to explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...
