My best experience on Airbnb, a very helpful host, always responded very quickly and gave us all the necessary information so that we could enjoy our stay. Regarding the apartment, we have nothing to say, WONDERFUL, COZY AND SUPER SANITIZED PLACE. The photos are identical to the place, in short, I highly recommend it and we will be back soon!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck upstairs was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

We spent 4 days at the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and very complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items such as salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards and beach tennis rackets, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving within 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super helpful but we had no doubts because everything is very well explained, there are clear instructions in all rooms. We loved it so much and hope to be back soon!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Right near the beach and close to good restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean; you could smell how clean it was upon entry. Very quite and peaceful. Passed out on the comfortable sofa both nights I stayed there. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful and super spacious house in Ubatuba! The stay was very comfortable, everything was impeccable. A charming detail: the birds appear in the yard when you offer food — a super special experience. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We have no words to describe the house, we were already delighted by the photos, but in person, there is no comparison. An incredibly beautiful, cozy, clean, organized environment. Perfect for those with children too, my son felt like he was playing in a treehouse inside the house itself. Our experience was wonderful, perfect house, super close to the beach, with walking access, a villa for those who like peace and really enjoy family company.

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
