Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Picinguaba

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay with comfort and charm. The service was impeccable and very safe, I loved it I'll be back for sure! In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience.

Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

I can say that everything was amazing, both the location of the apartment, which is close to everything, and the organization and cleanliness, not to mention the chocolates they left for us. It felt like we were at home, we will definitely return to Ubatuba and we will stay again in Soraia and Everton's apartment. we had support every day, we had questions answered quickly and very well educated and friendly, a 10.

A true paradise... For those seeking rest and peace, this is the place, we intend to return for sure. The cottage is very suitable for a couple, rustic, beautiful and with everything you need for a few days. Lucas and Renata are amazing hosts, they have a kiosk next door that is worth visiting, the dishes and drinks are wonderful, not to mention the kindness of them and their employees. It's worth living this experience!

We love the little red house. Tidy, clean and cozy place. Super comfortable bed, wonderful view, good chairs on the decks. We love sleeping in silence, with only the sound of waves and birds in the morning. In fact, several, who came to visit us, we loved it! Zé Roberto was friendly and very kind. Quick and attentive in providing us with two items I requested: hangers and soup bowls. Despite the autumn chill, we took full advantage of the walks on the beaches, which were almost empty and quiet, with mild sunshine. I have nothing to complain about the accommodation, on the contrary, we want to come back, definitely in the warmer season!

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as possums etc. The path to the beach is very close and the furnishings of the apartment are awesome. I'll definitely be back.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
