Vacation rentals with a pool in Praia Da Lagoinha

The place was beautiful with an incredible view—just what we were hoping for. It was clean, cozy, and felt very welcoming. Edenir was a wonderful host and very responsive throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

Very good for family trips, especially with children, easy access to the beach, spacious house. We only had a problem with a lack of water in the showers due to a leak, but it was resolved quickly!

Very well located near Itamambuca beach, in a beautiful green area. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean. Excellent for those who want to cook, it had everything that is necessary, including beautiful crazy to serve. Very good barbecue area. We had a pleasant stay. Vanina and Pedro's house is very nice, super functional, brand new and with one of the best locations in Itamambuca. We went with the family, with children, and the space is designed for everything, so that the children can have fun and so that the adults can relax and rest in this paradise that is Itamambuca. Vanina and Pedro were SUPER friendly and helpful, they gave us local recommendations (from where to buy fresh fish, to where to rent bicycles and surfboards). I really appreciate the attention they gave us during the stay, making sure everything was perfect. A separate chapter for Andreia, who came to cook for us 3 times. The food was exquisite and Andreia's good vibes too, outstanding. We will undoubtedly return to Vanina's house as we have the best memories of the trip.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, who was extremely helpful, was always ready to answer any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.
