The apartment is 1,000 times more beautiful in person than in the photos, I felt at home, super cozy, fragrant, clean, impeccable, close to the center, several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops and ice cream parlors, next to the Tamar project, the building is super new, facing a huge square, ideal for pets and children to play, heated pool, gym, sauna, in short...everything perfect, I didn't miss anything, Guilherme and his wife are super attentive, dear, we are already planning the return and it will certainly be to this amazing apartment.

Very good hosting and location. Next to the beach and 15 min drive from downtown, it is also close to the beaches on the south side. I recommend it and would come back.

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in a different time zone, all the building staff are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

The apartment is super comfortable and has everything we needed. We felt at home. The hydro is delicious and warm, the location is great for those who want to get to know both the beaches of the North and the South. There are big markets nearby, a pharmacy, everything we needed. The noise from the street echoes a little in the room, but nothing that detracts from everything else in the apartment! I would definitely go back and recommend :) Check-in and check-out are super easy and Diego is very helpful.

The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
