Relax in the tranquility of nature on the shores of the clear-watered Kuontijärvi, close to Ruka's services. The cottage (40 sqm/two rooms + loft) is well equipped. The atmosphere is created by an open fireplace in the living room. Several great activities right from the front door: in winter, the Kuontivaara ski loop passes by, and in summer, the mountain biking route (Kouvervaara loop). The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes by car (Ruka). The cottage is part of a housing association, with one semi-detached cottage and one cottage consisting of three apartments in the same yard.

Marjapaikat löytyvät ihan mökin vierestä. Mökissä ei ole sähköjä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Aurinkopaneelien avulla lataat kännykät kätevästi kesällä. Mökki on puulämmitteinen.
