The starting point of the ski trails is 2 km away, but from the yard you can go directly to the lake ice for skiing. For the fisherman, Kemijärvi offers abundant catches. Marjapaikat löytyvät ihan mökin vierestä. Mökissä ei ole sähköjä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Aurinkopaneelien avulla lataat kännykät kätevästi kesällä. Mökki on puulämmitteinen.
