Waterfront vacation rentals in Portsmouth

Stunning! We had a fab few days here and it’s even better than the photos. Walking in and seeing the view takes your breath away. As well as the stunning view the location is great, v central for town, beach, bus, walks, amazing swims and great eateries. When we were there the road next to accom is blocked by rockfall. It meant the road was lovely and quiet(!) but does make it a longer /hilly walk into town. Wasn’t a problem at all but worth knowing in advance. David was a great communicator, flexible and everything you need to know is in the handy welcome guide. Would love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great location which is why I booked it ! Very clean and some nice touches with welcome drink and chocolate. Toiletries supplied as well as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very pleased with this accommodation.

It was a lovely tidy and clean apartment with a wonderful view. Robin was very forthcoming in communication.

A beautifully presented house, very spacious, spotlessly clean and top-end appliances and furniture. Really appreciated the little extras including a lovely bottle of wine. The location at the top of the High Street means a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the sea front - there are a lot of steps though up to the apartment if you have mobility issues. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

Incredible location, especially if you are a sailor. Constant parade of vessels heading out to the Solent all visible from the patio. Only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. A delightful small town. Not inexpensive but a very nice apartment with easy parking and entry. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Thi communicated fantastically throughout the process. The home was very clean and within walking distance from Chichester station. The complimentary food and fresh flowers were a great touch.

Wonderful house in a terrific, peaceful location. The house and gardens are idyllic, and we loved spending time in the hedged gardens in the evening sun after playing tennis. The house is within easy access of all the best landmarks of the New Forest and also bang on the coast. The interior of the house has great style and charm and is a great place to spend time in.

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

Absolutely beautiful accommodation on the clifftop with fantastic views over the sea and all along the coast, including the Isle Of Wight. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. very close to beach access and with restaurants within walking distance and a good range of shops a short drive away. Nicky was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

Nice place to spend few nights in Romsey. very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Sue is very responsive at all time! Great host. Would be nice if the place can install a washing machine, benefit to longer stay guests!

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

Finn has chosen stylish furniture and decor for this very well equipped holiday home. The photos show all the rooms accurately but the balcony actually has far more comfortable furniture than the photos show., making it a super place to sit and view the coastline. Due to the bay windows , this flat has more far reaching views than other seafront properties we have stayed in. Also, Finn is an attentive host, on hand to solve any issues that may arise. We thoroughly recommend.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

A delightful apartment situated in the heart of the beautiful historic town of Lymington. It was well appointed, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The walk in shower was great. We would return in a heartbeat…..

The place is nice, just few steps away from the sea and bay view. It is great to walk around and have fresh air specially in the morning. There is a nice park and arcade area nearby for kids to have fun. The only difficulties we had was finding a space to park the car along the road side specially if you're late going back to the house. Amy is very attentive in ensuring you get the parking permit on the road side beforehand. Great place to explore Portsmouth and Southsea area.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

Great apartment in a perfect location! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and the view from the living room on a sunny morning is perfect. Chris was responsive on messages upon booking and checked a few times before checking in we had everything we needed. There was no issues at all so no need for us to reach out for any further help. First time visiting the Isle of Wight and already can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay ☺️
