Stayed here with my partner for a long weekend getaway and had an excellent time. The cottage was spotless, well maintained and beautiful. We also spoke with Phil who was extremely welcoming and friendly, and gave us many good recommendations for the area. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to stay again!

The most gorgeous cottage in stunning surroundings! We have had a wonderful 4 nights here exploring the island. The local pub was great and the village store at Brighstone so handy! The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Thank you!

A lovely short stay in this forest hideaway with a simply outstanding view. Didn’t realise in advance that it was on two levels with all the facilities of home in terms of kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs - en suite bedroom with balcony - is warm and sunny. Downstairs - living + dining room and kitchen - stays cool. If you like your birds, you will particularly enjoy watching the plethora of species that come from the forest to the feeder - courtesy of the hosts who provide a generous tin of bird seed.

Loved this cottage. It had furnishings and decor entirely in keeping the age and character of the cottage. We were warned about low ceilings and the steep stairs. Kitchen is well equipped and opens on to the back garden with seating area. The separate dining area has a table cut from a slice of timber. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom has both a roll top bath and a walk in shower. Washing machine very cleverly is tucked away next to the bathroom. Bosham is a quiet, pretty village with a frontage to the sea channel. There are 2 pubs ( both recommended),a couple of cafes and an arts and crafts centre. The Church is also worth a visit. Nearby are the seaside villages of East and West Wittering. Parking beside the West Wittering beach is expensive so plan to stay most of the day. Chichester is accessible by bus (no 56) from Bosham. All in all a great place for a few days stay.

Elm Cottage, was a brilliant find and we will be back. Great place to stay, great host. Very welcoming and also received a basket of essentials including bread and biscuits with milk, butter and jam in the fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar all there. Literally walk in and a cup of tea. Perfect all round. Very pleasant stay and local to Goodwood and Chichester.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect setting for my partner and I to enjoy our first holiday together. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and made our trip truly special. We felt right at home (and Rowena left very clear instructions, left us some beautifully kind treats in the fridge and on the table which was lovely) and me and my partner couldn’t have asked for a better experience; we’re still talking about the house and the holiday and it’s been a few weeks since we left. Highly recommend & I must thank Rowena for the great hospitality!

Caroline was a very kind and accommodating host; we felt right at home in her beautiful slice of the South Downs. The house is small but cosy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The garden is a particular attraction for families in the summer months - look out for the tortoise!

Beautiful location and the host added very thoughtful amenities like a choice of bubble baths to choose from, a massager machine, fans in every bedroom which was very much needed during this heatwave. The choice of teas and coffees were amazing too.

We had a lovely 3 days here celebrating my partners 30th birthday with our best friend, everything was so cosy. We loved sitting outside hearing nature in the evenings and enjoying the hot tub. We don’t live too far away so will most likely book again when we feel like we need a few days to getaway!

I have been involved with AirBnb as guest or host since AirBnb got started with a cumulative 4.95 rating...this is the first place that was equal to or better than any of my places. If you need to be in this geographic area, and it's available, grab it! Sandra was great, even took us for a walk with her dogs when we arrived to show us how we would find the marina where our boating course was gong to be in the morning. The only problem we had was an Uber problem...the houses are named, not numbered, so we got dropped off in the middle of the block with heavy luggage...easily resolved as Sandra came outside to find us. A really great stay!

We had a lovely stay at the barn! It was perfect for our mini break. Lovely and clean and cosy, and we felt right at home. Bed was v comfy, shower powerful and hot, and the garden area was beautiful - especially as we were lucky with some gorgeous summer weather. Hot tub was an added bonus! Fleur was an excellent host - v friendly and responsive, and left some v helpful recommendations for the local area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved the days we spent at this place, the photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place, we hope to return soon, Nicola and her husband are super nice, the space is private and the dogs Luka and Dexter made our days much happier, because there is so much nature and peace on the farm, we didn't feel the need to leave the place, we took some great walks, fed the carp in the lake and played with the ponies, I highly recommend it!

We had a really lovely stay at Annie’s Meadow. The views are simply spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very private and quiet and our whole stay was very peaceful and exactly what we needed after a really challenging 6 months. The only thing we could say was that it would benefit sooo much from some new pillows which is very minor! Thanks so much for a lovely stay and what a beautiful plot of land you have. The hot tub was divine.

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Amazing hut, amazing location, amazing owners, beautiful garden, very close drive to the beach, very thoughtful welcome snacks and a great booklet with all the advice you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend to everyone that wants to stay in Milford on sea! Thank you again Diz for you great hosting and beautiful air BnB stay!

We were in desperate need of some peace and quiet after an intense start to the year. Jenifer and Greg's place provided just that. The house is so cozy and homely we felt right at home. Everything was thought through, from the yummy lemon drizzle cake hand baked by Jenifer that greeted us to disposable toothbrushes available. The garden is just so lush and with three amazing sunny days we spent all day outside, as we have an elderly dog that needed to rest. And so did we. Everything in the house was perfect, the kitchen fully equipped and even a pitcher of fresh milk was provided. Would return during the winter as the fireplace looked very cozy too. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Luke and Lilley’s Airbnb over Christmas! The location was excellent, with a big supermarket just a 5-minute drive away, which made everything super convenient. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the bedrooms were incredibly spacious. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having fresh towels provided in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing Christmas dinner easier. A special highlight was the festive touch—they went above and beyond by putting up a Christmas tree and decorations, making the place feel cozy and festive for the holidays. Communication with Luke and Lilley was smooth and prompt, and they were very accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

A lovely few nights at The Salt Shack. Great location for beach fun. Karen’s communications were spot on and very quick. The facilities are great , clean, modern and stylish. The cupboards are well equipped with all you’ll need. Local shops and cafes are close and plentiful. We especially enjoyed Billy’s on the beach for its menu , service and Sufy vibe. Our granddaughter loved the sand play area and the outside surfboard shower with hit water ! Kurfürstendamm venture to this area and will be back for more I’m sure.

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

Absolutely beautiful accommodation on the clifftop with fantastic views over the sea and all along the coast, including the Isle Of Wight. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. very close to beach access and with restaurants within walking distance and a good range of shops a short drive away. Nicky was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious, comfortable and stylish home. Everything was exactly as described and more. Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. The location was great and only a short walk to the beach as well as local amenities. The house was also comfortable and pleasant to stay in. We stayed during a heatwave and appreciated the fans thoughtfully left in the bedroom. Nick also responded very quickly when we had a question about locking the door.

Such an amazing house, location and hosts! We had a such a lovely weekend and couldn’t fault the house or communication. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return another time! 😊
