Affitto trilocale nuovissimo vista mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, posto auto privato e ampia terrazza in parte coperta da porticato in muratura. La mia struttura si trova immersa nel verde a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Portoferraio e a 100 metri dalle spiagge di ghiaia bianca della Padulella e Capobianco. Gli appartamenti si raggiungono dal porto in soli due minuti con la macchina. Si trovano in una proprietà privata, chiusa da cancelli con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, fornita di sdraio, ombrelloni e servizio di bar-ristorante. L'accesso alla spiaggia avviene tramite cancello privato, e per questo ogni cliente avrà la rispettiva chiave. Rete wifi in tutta la struttura Questo appartamento in particolare dispone di ampia terrazza ad uso esclusivo con vista mare, attrezzata con ombrellone, barbecue, tavolo e sedie; area comune per bambini, 2 posti auto, docce esterne con acqua calda. E' composto da ampio salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, bella zona pranzo dotata di componibile moderno con lavastoviglie, due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una doppia, due bagni, entrambi con doccia, di cui uno con lavatrice. Dispone inoltre di riscaldamento, per cui è fruibile anche nel periodo invernale, ma non si affitta comunque per periodi superiori al mese. L'ingresso degli ospiti è previsto dalle ore 14 del giorno di arrivo, mentre l'uscita deve avvenire entro le ore 10 del giorno di partenza. Accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella. Area giochi per bambini. 2 posti auto privati. NEL PERIODO DI MEDIA E ALTA STAGIONE ( dal 6 giugno al 13 settembre) AFFITTIAMO SETTIMANALMENTE E IL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT E' SEMPRE IL SABATO. NEL PERIODO DI BASSA STAGIONE AFFITTIAMO PER UN MINIMO DI 5 NOTTI CON CHECK-IN FLESSIBILI.

Casa Pineta Elba, a short walk from the sea

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Wonderful Villetta overlooking sea

Villetta indipendente con terrazza privata con meravigliosa vista mare. La casa è assolutamente esclusiva per posizione e varietà di spazi privati a disposizione, ha infatti due terrazze e uno spazioso giardino dotato di parcheggio. La posizione è davvero privilegiata, in contesto residenziale verde e silenzioso a nemmeno 100mt dalla spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi. Ideale per amanti della privacy, per un soggiorno da sogno con affacci sul mare, cullati dal canto dei gabbiani e dalla brezza marina.

Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic terrace with sea view and balcony; table tennis;private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restsursnt.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island. We prefere rent for 7 nights(whole week) to families or couple over 25.

Three-room apartment located in the small town of Viticcio, it is the perfect accommodation for those looking for tranquility while enjoying the sea in maximum relaxation. A small cove can be reached through a path with a staircase. The white pebble beach of Sansone, one of the most beautiful on Elba, is also easily accessible. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Enfola peninsula and the west coast, which at sunset, coloring the sky red, transforms the atmosphere into magic.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a natural area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other among the vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in summer Wi-Fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

50m from the famous Ghiaie beach and 800m from the white beaches of Padulella and Capo Bianco comfortable apartment in a small condominium with elevator: it consists of a living area with a separate kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces, one of which has a sea view. Due to its location, you can easily reach the historic center, all commercial and health services and the port. With the reservation, special rates are applied with the main shipping companies.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

on the Cavo waterfront, in a unique position, newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with large shady terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the village and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free while a little further on there is a small bathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars and dinghies.

The villa is located a few dozen meters above the seashore, entirely renovated in 2019-20 and furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality; it is located in the bay of Pareti, on the western side of Capoliveri, one of the most typical and charming villages of Elba, which in the evening is full of shops and clubs open until late, and which is just over 2 km away.
