We had a great time at Marcella's house. The house is equipped with everything a family needs. The garden is a dream. We and our dog felt very comfortable and would recommend the house to anyone with a clear conscience. The location is great. The beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Marcella and Anna who welcomed us in the house were very nice, and always available for questions. Thank you for letting us check in at 8 am and stay in the house until 5 pm on the day of departure. We had a great time in Sardinia

Expectations met! Accommodation surrounded by the quiet of nature and ideal climate. Beaches and coves nearby easily reached within a few minutes' drive... What could I suggest!? ...Too bad a week has flown by, but this vacation will remain etched in the mind.

Carlo was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and proactive when required The house is perfect sized for 2, and could sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living area(although possibly a bit snug for a longer stay for more than 2 adults) It is well appointed with everything you need, and nicely decorated. The outside area is well shaded, and although there is no Aircon the house did not get too hot despite 30 degrees outside. San Teodoro is a lovely town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches The town is 10 minutes easy stroll, the beaches a little further(we were glad we had a car, but lots of people walked to the beach every day) We had a lovely time here, and Carlo and his house contributed hugely to that Thank you for a great stay

2nd time staying in Elena’s home and just as great as the first time! Well looked after home and super easy to navigate. Great location - close to all the wonderful Gelato shops! Will be back for sure!

We can only praise the stay at Marisa's in the highest terms. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, flexible and always available – whether it was check-in & out times or spontaneous questions, she was always there and responded quickly. Particularly noteworthy is her proactive nature: she sent great discounts for local beaches on her own initiative – a super nice gesture. The place was as described, perfectly maintained and perfectly located. Thanks to their hospitality, we felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment.

Simone's place is in one of the best locations in La Maddalena, 50m from the port, restaurants, and shops, yet it is private and relatively quiet. The air conditioning was a great addition! We were pleasantly surprised by the size and airiness of the apartment, which looked even better than in the photos on the Airbnb site. Great value for money too!

Relaxing stay with everything you need! Good basic amenities and lovely that the resort still has a little shop!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Friendly, generous and very flexible host, we were allowed to do a very late checkout. Lots of amenities, we were allowed to use everything. Perfect for 6 people, we felt very comfortable.

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay in Olbia thanks to Floriana and Kristiana - they were super responsive, gave us amazing reccomendations and the flat was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would come again and reccomend to my friends!

Great place to stay, very close to town about a 15 minute walk. Close to great beaches.

The house is in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn had not been cut for a long time, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and downstairs there was no hot water to the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, they could easily be resolved, making the experience truly flawless. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

We were very satisfied with the location and privacy of the accommodation. The humidity caused dampness in the house, but we ventilated everything and it was good. We have a big complaint about the beds, they are not comfortable at all. The beach near the house is beautiful... it is good to take shoes with you into the water. The equipment of the house is perfect, there is everything a person needs. Thank you Claudia for everything and if she changes the beds we will be regular clients.

Great place in an amazing location!

We had a great time at Tania's house. It was just as pictured in the children's ad. Communication was super easy and check-in was very straightforward. I can recommend the place.

We stayed at Riccardos place for a week on our family vacation. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Area is very quiet, ideal for a family trip, beach is only 2min away and swimming pool 5min walking distance from the apartment. Good restaurant on site and small Coffee shop about 1km away. Car needed because there is no grocery shop around. Great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Sardinia.

I had a great time, the house has all the comforts and is equipped for everything. The area is quiet and peaceful, very convenient. You can walk to the center and it has all the services nearby, from the supermarket to the ice cream shop to the newsstand etc…. You can also reach several fantastic beaches by car in a short time. Mrs. Giuliana has always been very kind and meticulous in giving as much information as possible about both the house and the area. Thank you so much, I highly recommend staying here
