Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Marcellas Haus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was eine Familie braucht.Der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jedem ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super. Die Strände sind in weniger als 10 min erreichbar. Marcella und Anna die uns im Haus empfangen hat waren sehr nett, und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Danke das wir morgens um 8 Uhr schon einchecken konnten und am Abreisetag bis 17 Uhr im Haus bleiben durften. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sardinien

Angela est une hôte proactive, qui donne des indications claires, elle a été flexible par rapport à notre arrivée. Angela est très accueillante et sympathique, elle a même offert un petit présent pour les enfants. L’appartement est très propre, tout le nécessaire y est, y compris tous les accessoires de cuisine ( tire bouchon, ouvre bouteille, louche, cuillères en bois, casseroles, poêles, théière, machine à café, liquide vaisselle …) de salle de bain, le linge de lit et du rangement suffisant pour les affaires de 4 personnes . Il fait un peu chaud à l’étage mais un ventilateur est à disposition. L’extérieur est très agréable, équipé de tables et de chaises, une balançoire, un hamac. Il y a même un barbecue, du charbon et une cuisine extérieure. La piscine est très proche de la maison, elle est propre et généralement peu fréquentée le matin, l après midi il y a un peu plus de monde mais elle est assez spacieuse et nous n’avons jamais manqué de place. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Das Haus ist super gelegen und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Renata war für uns jeder Zeit erreichbar. Sie ist die gute Seel rund um das Haus und sorgt dafür, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Danke Renata!

Carlo was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and proactive when required The house is perfect sized for 2, and could sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living area(although possibly a bit snug for a longer stay for more than 2 adults) It is well appointed with everything you need, and nicely decorated. The outside area is well shaded, and although there is no Aircon the house did not get too hot despite 30 degrees outside. San Teodoro is a lovely town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches The town is 10 minutes easy stroll, the beaches a little further(we were glad we had a car, but lots of people walked to the beach every day) We had a lovely time here, and Carlo and his house contributed hugely to that Thank you for a great stay

Casa molto bella e accogliente, in una buona posizione da cui si possono raggiungere a piedi diversi supermercati e il centro; a pochi minuti di macchina dalle bellissime spiagge. Casa completa di tutto, con doccia molto ampia e un comodo spazio all'aperto per poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Elena è stata molto gentile e veloce nelle risposte, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il check-in e per le varie attrazioni da visitare sull'isola. In un futuro ci torneremo sicuramente!

Simone's place is in one of the best locations in La Maddalena, 50m from the port, restaurants, and shops, yet it is private and relatively quiet. The air conditioning was a great addition! We were pleasantly surprised by the size and airiness of the apartment, which looked even better than in the photos on the Airbnb site. Great value for money too!

Con il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso il mese di maggio e inizio giugno in questa villetta immersa nella splendida natura di Capo Coda Cavallo. La vista dal patio era incantevole: mare, colline, montagne, tramonti. Il periodo era ideale, in quanto le masse di turisti ancora non affollavano questa zona della Sardegna, pertanto abbiamo potuto godere della natura, del silenzio, della tranquillità (era esattamente quel che cercavamo). La villetta dispone di un piccolo giardino dove la mia gatta ha potuto girovagare felicemente. Il profumo del gelsomino e del mirto era predominante. In casa c'era tutto il necessario per vivere confortevolmente: lavatrice, piccola lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, aria condizionata, smart tv, connessione internet buona. Un plauso particolare al signor Nicola, factotum in loco per conto dei proprietari, che ci ha assistiti per ogni necessità. Grazie anche ai proprietari che sono stati disponibili e sempre cortesi.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit allem was es dazu benötigt! Gute Grundaustattung und schön, dass das Resort noch einen kleinen Laden besitzt!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Appartement en RDC avec piscine en accès direct. Parking privée. Tout en étant situé ds le centre ville (supermarché a 2 pas), la propriété est très calme. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire pr passer des vacances agréables. Ornella est très réactive aux messages. Je recommande cette location. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Freundlicher, großzügiger und sehr flexibler Gastgeber, wir durften einenn sehr späten Checkout machen. Sehr viel Ausstattung, wir durften alles nutzen. Perfekt für 6 Menschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Uns hat es ab nichts gefehlt und Gastgeberinnen waren sehr kommunikativ. Einzig die vorgefertigten Nachrichten haben die Kommunikation etwas eingeschränkt, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Für Olbia eine tolle Unterkunft 😁

Nous avons adoré cet établissement, le cadre est vraiment serein, notamment la terrasse avec c'est lumière tamisées, nous avons passé d'agréables moments en famille. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes techniques à notre arrivée (ce qui arrivent partout et à tout le monde) mais Linda a su être très réactive et à fait le nécessaire pour régler ces désagréments. Je le recommande à coup sur.

Haus, Terrasse und Park sind wie beschrieben - alles sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gab ein nettes Willkommenspaket /Frühstück (verschiedenen Keksen/Zwieback, Nutella, Honig, Marmelade, Grissini, Wasser, Milch, Orangensaft). Die Terrasse hat eine Markise, die zusätzlichen Schatten spendet. Bei Wind fährt sie ein. Das Zimmer und Bad im 1. OG sind durch die Dachschrägen nicht gut für große Menschen geeignet. Die Animation/Lärm vom Nachbarhotel fanden wir störend, sie schallte über die ganze Residenz (und das in der Nebensaison). Man kann mit dem Rad in Stadt und zum Strand fahren, man muss aber einen sehr steilen Berg überwinden, dafür hat man zur Belohnung eine tolle Abfahrt. Wenn alle Häuser auf dem Gelände belegt sind, dann wird es sicher auch unruhiger, da ca. 10 bis 20 kleine Reihenhäuser nebeneinander sind. Das WLAN ist nicht verlässlich und schwankt stark. Für private Zwecke ausreichend, aber nicht zum Arbeiten. Es gibt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Check-in u.a..

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le splendide spiagge dei dintorni. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben distribuiti, ideali per famiglie o gruppi di amici che vogliono godersi un soggiorno in pieno relax. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione: alcune lampadine erano bruciate, il prato non era tagliato da tempo e l’ingresso risultava un po’ trascurato, con l’erba alta e il portico esterno pieno di foglie. Anche la porta d’ingresso si apriva con difficoltà, e al piano inferiore non arrivava acqua calda né al lavandino né al bidè. Con un po’ di manutenzione in più potrebbero essere facilmente risolti, rendendo l’esperienza davvero impeccabile. Nonostante tutto, ci siamo trovati molto bene e il contesto naturale ha ampiamente ripagato. Con qualche cura in più, la struttura ha un potenziale davvero eccellente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Claudias Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder. Anfahrt und Zugang waren ausführlich beschrieben und der Kontakt zu Claudia schon im Vorfeld sehr nett. Es war alles vorhanden was wir und die Kinder brauchten und der ruhige Strand fast vor der Haustüre. Man sollte wissen, dass dort einige Algen angeschwemmt werden, aber dafür gibt es auch wunderschöne ruhige Buchten, die man (zumindest im Juni) ganz für sich alleine hat. Vielen Dank für alles!

Hele fijne plek, mooi uitzicht en alles was aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf! Gianrico was zeer flexibel en de communicatie ging super. Aanrader!!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Tanias Haus. Es war genau wie auf den Bildern Kinder Anzeige. Die Kommunikation war super einfach und der Check in lief ganz unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at Riccardos place for a week on our family vacation. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Area is very quiet, ideal for a family trip, beach is only 2min away and swimming pool 5min walking distance from the apartment. Good restaurant on site and small Coffee shop about 1km away. Car needed because there is no grocery shop around. Great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Sardinia.

Die Kommunikation mit Maria war einwandfrei. Sein Mitarbeiter Domenico war vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war toll. In der Beschreibung steht, es ist nur eine außendusche vorhanden, es gibt aber auch eine ganz normale Dusche im Badezimmer, was uns positiv überrascht hat!
