We're always available by phone (SMS, iMessage, Whatsapp) and we can easily meet in person, since we live nearby. The check-in hours are flexible. We will be waiting for you at the arranged time and we'll give you the keys to the house and the rooms, as well as some useful information about Porto and the nearby areas. The property is within the Bairro das Artes—the Arts Quarter—a quiet neighborhood with local shops, art galleries, supermarkets, and restaurants. Here you can find all the art galleries and vintage clothing stores and you're just a few minutes walking to Rua de Cedofeita, Torre dos Clérigos, Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento Station, Crystal Palace Gardens, Douro River and much, much more... You won't need a car to get to know Porto. However, you can easily find the nearest subway station (10 minutes walking) or take the bus right out the door to your desired destination. If you prefer, you can also rent a bike right here in Breiner street.
