Deluxe Apartment (sleeps 2-4), with 70 sqm, has one bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), a living-room with sofa-bed (140x200cm), a sunny dining room, a kitchen full equipped and a charming balcony for breakfast under the sun, or a refreshing drink in the evening! In a historical XIX century building, fully renovated in 2015, Deluxe apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), oriented towards the backyard, so that you will be able to enjoy some tranquillity, while being in the city centre. It has one bedroom enclosed from the rest of the apartment space, but not totally sound isolated, so it is ideal for a couple with children or a group of friends. The apartment has all the facilities for a short stay, and the comfort for a longer family holiday: - One bedroom with double bed (140X200cm) in Nesting Structure. - 100% PERCAL Cotton Linens and Towels included. - Kitchen equipped with Electric Stove and Hoven, Fridge and Feezer, Microwave, Dish Washer, Kettler, Toaster and Nespresso Coffee Machine. - WI-FI High-Speed Internet Free Access - Digital Television with USB and international channels, Sound-system with Radio, CD player and USB to play your own music. - Bathroom with shower, Shower gel and Hairdryer - Iron and Ironing board Bedside Baby Cot, Baby chair and Baby bathtub (on request) We will kindly receive our guests, assuring they will have all they need for a memorable stay. The property is located in the heart of historic downtown, just a 5 minute walk from the main square Praça da Liberdade, and about 15 minutes from the Douro River. Cada passageiro tem de comprar um cartão recarregável ANDANTE (0,50€), e carregar com 1 viagem Z4 (1,85€). Esse cartão é válido também para o centro da cidade, mas lá deve carregar com viagens Z2 (zona 2, válidas 1 hora). Antes de entrar no metro tem de validar o cartão. Para o centro da cidade, apanhar a Linha E, direcção Estádio do Dragão, trocar de linha na estação de metro TRINDADE para linha D, direcção Santo Ovídeo, e sair na estação ALIADOS. Sair do metro na direcção Rua da Fábrica. Ao descer a Avenida dos Aliados, vire à direita na Rua da Fábrica. Suba essa rua que, a dada altura, muda de nome para rua Santa Teresa. O apartamento situa-se no final da rua Santa Teresa, no lado direito quem sobe. TAXI: Posso recomendar um serviço de taxi que permite reservas antecipadas por email e garantem um preço fixo de 22€ para a viagem aeroporto-apartamento (4 pessoas e bagagens) e 20€ para a viagem apartamento-aeroporto. Eu posso efectuar a reserva em seu nome, mas necessito do número de voo. O pagamento pode ser feito em dinheiro, ou cartão, e podem requerer um recibo. METRO: Every guest has to buy an individual metro card called ANDANTE (0,50€), and recharge it with a trip Zone 4 (Z4) which costs 1,85€. Before entering the metro, please validate your ticket. The ANDANTE card is valid for public transport in the city centre, and there please recharge it with metro trips Zone 2 (Z2). Please take the metro line E, change at TRINDADE to the line D, direction Santo Ovideo, and exit at ALIADOS metro station. From there, please descend AVENIDA DOS ALIADOS and turn to the right in RUA DA FÁBRICA. Go up that street and the street changes name to RUA SANTA TERESA, where the apartment is located. Douro River Mirror - Downtown's Apartment with River View Balcony & Garage

The apartment has been equipped and decorated with the singular purpose of providing guests with a memorable stay. It`s centrally located within walking distance to all tourist attractions in Porto downtown. Guests have access to all the facilities of the apartment and a parking space in the garage. Upon arrival, we will welcome you, check you in, and share tips on what to do or what and where to eat in the city, as well as answer to any other questions you may have. During your stay, we are always on hand to assist you whenever you deem necessary. The property is set in the historical center, adjacent to the Ribeira area, full of iconic buildings and magnificent views of the Douro river. It is a 5 minute walk to the section of the 14th-century Fernandina wall and Santa Catarina Street. The apartment is 600 meters / 9 minutes walk from the metro and train S. Bento station with connection to the airport (+/-35 min trip) At Avenida dos Aliados, you can find the most varied buses that will allow you to quickly reach the beaches, Foz or anywhere within the city or its outskirts, not served by the metro network. If you drive to Porto... In the center of the city, during the night (20h00 - 08h00) and weekends, street parking is free, however during the day, it´s paid and you can only park two hours at a time. There are several parks nearby, we can recommend the better ones during the check-in. Alternatively, if you´re interested, I can book you a private transfer to get you to the apartment. It costs 9€/person (children until the age of 6 don´t pay and from 6 to 12 they pay half price) and it takes 20 minutes to get there from the airport (it can be used for 1 person but will cost 18€ anyway). The driver would wait for you at arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. Free private parking is available in the building. Bathroom towels and linens are provided. Wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.
