Rustic, Romantic Flat in the Historic Center

Soak up the vintage feel of a remodeled home in one of Porto's most charming areas in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Set in a 19th-century building, cool stone walls, pretty patterned floors, and white walls create a relaxed aesthetic. Cleanness, coziness and functionality are the decoration’s key aspects. Despite its elegance and modern style, the apartment was conceived to bring you comfort after a great day of sightseeing. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, as it has a double bedroom and a comfy sofa-bed in the living room - bed linens and towels are provided. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchenette in case you want to cook your own meals (fridge, cooker, microwave/oven, dishwasher machine, kitchenware). An electric fan for summer and a heating system for winter is provided in order to give you more comfort. I'll be here to welcome you, show you around and give you a few tips on my favorite places in town! During your stay and every time you need help, I'll be a phone call or a text message away :) The flat sits in a quiet patio in the Ribeira area, near trendy restaurants and very close to the lovely Rua das Flores. The neighborhood's restaurants and bars are great for a nice meal or just for chilled sunset drinks with friends. From the apartment it is very easy to access the main Public Transportation: ⁃ A bus station is located just 100 meters away; ⁃ São Bento’s Station (metro and train) is just 500 meters away; ⁃ Taxi square is located just 150 meters away; GETTING HERE • By metro: The cheapest way to arrive to the apartment; Take the violet line and change to the yellow line at “Trindade”. When at “São Bento” Metro Station, look for a large street going down to the river (Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Go through that street and after 500 meters you’ll see a small patio on your left side - you have arrived here! It should take you about 45 min from the airport to the apartment. • By train: If you’re coming by train, probably your station will be “Porto Campanhã”; When in “Porto Campanhã”, please look for the train going to “São Bento” Station (use the same ticket); After you leave the “São Bento” Train Station, just look for a large street going down to the river (Rua Mouzinho da Silveira). Go through that street and after 450 meters you’ll see a small patio on your left side - you have arrived here! • By car If you’re arriving by car, there is a car park 50 meters from the apartment - at Praça Infante Dom Henrique; Please note that fees apply to park at the street - you can find the coin machines at the streets or use the TelPark app (iOs and Android). In case you need a baby cot, I have one! Please let me know in advance so that I can have it set up when you arrive.

Historic Mercadores Apartment, Downtown

Feel at home in this spacious apartment with plenty of natural light and river views. Crafted ceilings, hardwood floors, artwork and the building's original walls add a touch of charm to this cozy space. When you arrive at the building, you have to climb a flight of stairs to the first floor. The apartment is equipped and furnished for the greatest comfort. Kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare meals and set the table. Living room with sofas to relax and watch TV. Sofa can be converted into a 1.40 x 1.90 meter bed. In the bedroom, there is a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 meters Guests have access to the entire space During check-in, I offer a map of Porto and answer all questions. Situated on a typical Porto street, this apartment benefits from an excellent location in the historic city center, close to shops, services, the iconic Ribeira region and the D. Luís Bridge. When you arrive at the building, there is a flight of stairs to the first floor.

FT'STUDIO is a loft-style apartment, very comfortable and bright with large windows that allow the entry of incredible natural light. Located a few meters from the Douro River - from the Infante bridge, but also from São Bento station, Sé do Porto, Praça da Batalha and much more. Studio in a completely renovated building, located on the 2nd floor of the building facing the rear, with an elevator. Decorated to create a harmonious and elegant atmosphere.

Located on the second floor, this apartment hosts four guests and features air conditioning, a washer, a meditation room/mini gym and a balcony facing Rua Santa Catarina. The lower-floor bedroom opens to the living room via a pocket door. Near Bolhão Market, Aliados and the Douro River. For guests traveling with little ones, a baby pack is available on request (€25) and includes a cot with linen, high chair, bathtub, baby amenities, and a baby towel.
