The apartment is located in one of the best area of Capo Coda Cavallo, there is an amazing view and the apartment has high quality furniture and finish. There are 2 beaches at walking distance and few nice restaurants in the resort itself. I would suggest this place to anyone.

Great place to stay ! Very comfortable for the five of us and a great location close to nice restaurants and the marina. Check in was very easy and Alex was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. He also sent out lots of clear information of how to enter the place which was very helpful and a nice guide book with local spots.

The house is very nice. Super equipped in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms are great, faithful to the photos. The balcony is the high point of the house, with a wonderful view. Near everything, we feel at home. I would highly recommend and return.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

beautiful accommodation with all the necessary comforts. a beautiful 180 degree view on the port which must be 10 meters away. work has deprived us of nearby bar shops and other amenities but no doubt that in high season, once the work is completed, the place will be perfect. Frédérica is a perfect host, accommodating, attentive and responsive.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Beautiful village house equipped with more than expected. Peaceful mountain atmosphere. Supermarkets and pizzerias in the same village. Hosts close and who made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Villa surrounded by greenery, located in a strategic position, a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the most beautiful and renowned beaches in the area. The presence of two bathrooms, one per room, is very useful. Excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit nearby. It was a wonderful stay, made even more beautiful by their dog, Dexter. We'll definitely be back!

A great apartment furnished in Sardinian style with everything you need. Great location, wonderful view over Porto Cervo with a cozy terrace and pool. Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would especially like to thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us in a friendly way. When we were cold the first night, she brought us extra blankets the next day. A small WiFi problem was also solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she is a host with heart. We will be happy to come back!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly approach to my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge upon arrival. A shop a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this place. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with nice people again. Best regards🌸

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

We had a great two days at Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, allowing us to arrive at our own pace without stress.
