We had a lovely stay at Giorgia's Place - the house was perfectly sized for 2, it's clean and modern, and has a gorgeous view from the bedroom windows! We had a little difficulty finding the place when we arrived as there is a different door that has a number 18 on, but we found it using the listing photos. It is in a great spot to explore the local area and the wider North East. Giorgia was very responsive to any questions, and we would love to come and stay again in the future! Grazie mille, Giorgia!

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

We really enjoyed staying in one of Paola's houses. The houses are located on a hill from which you have a great view of the sea. House was clean and nothing was missing. The communication with Paola was very good and a solution was quickly found for everything. I would be happy to come back 👍🏼

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We were with 2 adults and 2 children in Davide and Lu's house. The children were very excited about the little cats that live on the property and we adults liked the quiet and picturesque location. In the house you will find everything you need. Davide even brought us some cookies from his bakery and fruit and we found some water in the fridge. The location is very quiet in the hinterland of the coast at 250 meters altitude. The ocean views are especially enchanting in the morning. A car is urgently needed. To the coast and the nearest shopping, you drive approx. 10-15 minutes. The amenities of the house are simple but functional. A problem of many vacation homes in Sardinia is the unpleasant smell in it and bad beds. Quite different in Davide's house. There is nothing wrong with the smell or the beds here. Bravo!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little villa in Sardinia. The villa is very private and comfortable with two fantastic outdoor spaces that work well not matter what the weather - the pool is a sun trap with plenty of sun loungers, whilst the covered veranda the other side of the property has a great table and outdoor cooking space. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area, but wow, what an area. The villa is a 4 minute drive from the local beaches, we loved Spiaggia Cala Sassari the most, park down the far end for free (we learnt this only after paying 10 euros for parking) and enjoy the whitest sand and the bluest water. We loved our boat trip out to the islands to swim in some amazing coves. Dinner was great in Golfo Arancini and Porto Rotundo. However, one of the highlights was heading inland to the Thursady market in San Pantaleo, a beautiful town in the mountains. Breathtaking! Leonardo was an excellent and responsive host. We couldn’t have asked for better!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Our one-week stay at Rosita's place was great (hence the five-star rating!). My family (me, my wife, and our 4 and 2 year old) was very comfortable - the place just worked so well for us, both in terms of the indoor and outdoor space. First, though, Rosita welcomed us very happily and kindly in spite of us being later than expected due to a plane delay. She was always in touch as well before and throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms (2!) had everything we needed, the kitchen and dining room were a good size for a family of four, and there were even some kids games and outdoor beach stuff. The outdoor courtyard was a good place to let our kids play and run around and we could eat at the outdoor table when the weather was nice. The location is good too - you can walk down to the port quite easily or drive to a variety of nearby beaches within 5-15 minutes. We would gladly come back again! We spent 10 days in Valentina and Serafina's little house in the middle of August. The house is very nice, very clean and very well air-conditioned (which is essential with the seasonal heat) and tastefully decorated. The large outdoor table allows you to have meals in the shade of the terrace. You are 1 minute from the port in a small, very quiet residential area. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk by strolling along the boats. Special mention for the outdoor shower, a real joy. Serafina has taken care of our requests.

Very spacious, clean, equipped house with a beautiful porch and outdoor garden. Immersed in the greenery and silence of nature. A few minutes by car you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Budoni, San Teodoro, Siniscola. Barbara has always been very kind and helpful. Very convenient and appreciated the check-in in the early morning and the check-out in the late afternoon. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. Both Mario and his parents were very attentive and communicative. It's a place to go back to. Thank you 🫶

Daniele was available and kept his word. We found the house waiting for us, stocked with everything... even a welcome gift that was a pleasure! He personally worked to resolve a small issue and resolved everything! Well done. If I may say so, the area is not particularly well maintained on the adjacent street, but it seems common in the village... too bad. The stay was absolutely positive and pleasant.

The most perfect place to stay! As close to the water you can get! Great location can walk everywhere, perfect space with the best sea views. Vincenza was an amazing host and made everything very easy, would definitely stay again 😊
