House vacation rentals in Porto Ottiolu

Het was een oase aan rust en natuur waar we ons in bevonden. Met de mooiste zonsondergang terwijl je op je eigen terras zat van je huisje. Een echte aanrader!

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Sardaigne dans une maison absolument superbe nichée dans une jolie résidence fleurie. Complètement équipée et décorée avec originalité et goût par le papa de la propriétaire qui était un célèbre artiste de la région. Literie de qualité dans les 3 chambres Magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine depuis la terrasse. Un immense merci aux propriétaires, qui ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Accueillants, attentionnés et toujours prêts à partager leurs bonnes adresses ou à rendre service, ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen lässt es sich vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse toll entspannen und essen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Sonia haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren mit dem Check in und out flexibel was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Das Haus liegt außerdem sehr günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind gleich in der Nähe (ca 10-15 min) und trotzdem ist man abseits des Trubels und hat es damit sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Am Rande der Ortschaft gelegen und doch ist alles (Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants ect.) sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Brunella und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und alles da, was man benötigt! Genial waren die Mückengitter an den Türen! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Parkplätze sind immer ausreichend verfügbar. Zu Fuß an den Strand war uns zu weit (ca 20 Minuten), aber auch dort waren immer Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir würden gerne wieder in die Wohnung von Brunella gehen, sollten wir noch einmal in die Gegend kommen! Vielen Dank!!

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

In short, this place is a gem. The location is so great that when we went to Porto Istana for a day trip, we literally turned around and went back to our home beach without unloading. Everything we wanted was already there. The little towns nearby are wonderful and have all you need. The privacy plus beach access of this stay are lovely. You can see water from nearly all the windows in the place. All the air conditioners worked great. I loved the main bed — soft enough to be easy on the joints and firm enough to still have structure. The single beds are probably not the best for adults, but perfectly fine for my 12 year old. Everything about this stay was easy. Just take note that the bar/restaurant a few hundred yards down the beach plays music until about 10pm. You don’t hear it at all in the home, but you do on the beach during the afternoon and evening. It’s not too loud. The things highlighted as issues in past reviews are fixed. Fabio was helpful, kind, and responsive.

Elena et Romeo sont des hôtes très intentionnées. Dès notre arrivée ils nous ont fait visiter les lieux et nous ont montré où se trouvait machine à laver et comment se servir de tous les équipements mise à disposition. Ils nous ont également donné des bonnes adresses afin de pouvoir nous restaurer ainsi que les lieux à visiter. Dès que nous avons eu besoin de les joindre ils nous ont répondu très rapidement. Super séjour, très belle maison, très belle environnement, je recommande vivement.

Too short a stay in this beautiful property!We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, which made our time here even more enjoyable. The building has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, offering much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was finished to a high specification. Communication before arrival was excellent — the hosts sent helpful information in advance that really helped us plan our trip. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay except to request a taxi number, response was very prompt. A big plus for us was the convenience of the location — our plane landed at 7:05 pm, and we were able to meet the host briefly and still be seated for dinner at a local restaurant by 8:30 pm! Highly recommend!

We booked this stay for 3 nights. On arrival our host greeted us and provided a thorough tour/induction. Very friendly and couldn’t fault. Before arriving they provided clear instructions on how to arrive at the destination and provided excellent communication throughout. The home was spotless and they provided plenty of amenities and nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. The detail and care they provided was 10/10. If we had any questions we would hear back from them asap. The views outside were unreal. I would recommend you have a car to access this Airbnb as it’s high up and to travel the island its easier to drive which luckily we did otherwise taxi’s would be very expensive. The home is situated down some steps and is the bottom half of there home which is completely separated and the hosts live above in the main home but it doesn’t feel like you are disturbed or anything at all. They have local shops and great restaurants 5 mins away. Thank you for everything. 10/10.

La casa está muy bien con su parking privado,la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y sobre todo nuevo. Zona muy tranquila y a solo 5minutos está la playa. Los propietarios muy atentos y siempre disponibles antes cualquier duda.

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

Es war total schön und unkompliziert! Der schöne Strand ist in ca 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es war sehr schön, wir hatten kein Mietauto, das würde ich für längere Aufenthalte empfehlen. Wir waren 3 Nächte, dafür war es total perfekt.

Great accommodation with a very kind host. Accommodation is located next to other houses on the park, but we experienced full privacy. Everything was very neat and clean. The view on the sea and the close walk to the beach was amazing! We would definitely recommend the home to everyone for a relaxed holiday.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in Baia Sardinia. Het huis was meer dan compleet, geweldige buitenruimte, sfeervol interieur, goede parkeergelegenheid en op loopafstand van een klein mooi strandje

Großzügige Finca inmitten der Natur, in einer Sackgasse gelegen (nicht von Google Maps täuschen lassen) mit nur wenigen Einwohnern. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Service top. Wer eher harte Matratzen mag wird wie ein Baby schlafen. Vor allen Fenstern und Türen gibt es hochwertige Insektenschutzgitter. Daumen hoch. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Sam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

La maison était parfaite et très propre. On s’est senti très bien. L’appartement est bien disposé et dispose de tout., nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans, lit parapluie à disposition et même un petit toboggan dans le jardin. La proximité de la route ne dérange absolument pas car bien isolée, la propriété est bien entretenue. Carla nous a apporté des gâteaux et des spécialités sardes. La plage est à 5mn à pied , c’est une belle plage propre parfaite pour les familles. Un petit supermarché et un vendeur de poisson frais sont aussi à 5mn à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Giulianas Wohnung. Die Wohnung war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und das Highlight war der tolle Garten, in dem man nach einem langen Tag zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Rosanna, die von Giuliana für den Check-In und Check-Out beauftragt wurde, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Danke für die tolle Zeit!
