Dal 2021 è presente una spettacolare piscina privata con spiaggia immersa, solarium e giardino dedicato, ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Può ospitare comodamente 14 persone in sette stanze doppie arredate con gusto. La Villa si trova su di un colle in una posizione isolata a circa 1,9km dal paese di Porto Azzurro.

Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

L'appartamento ubicato a Portoferraio si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale situato in una posizione strategica che dista circa 400 metri dal centro storico, circa 450 metri dalla spiaggia delle Ghiaie e circa 200 metri dal porto di Portoferraio. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dallo sbarco del traghetto. Sono presenti nelle vicinanze parcheggi gratuiti. L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso con vista mare, ed è dotato di 2 camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina, 2 balconi e un bagno.

Il nostro appartamento si trova sul lungomare di Porto Azzurro: l'ampia finestra del soggiorno è un quadro che cambia di continuo a seconda delle ore del giorno, del vento, della stagione. Dall'inverno all'estate non ci si stanca mai di stare seduti sul balcone ad ammirare il mare: le barche che entrano in porto o che partono per il loro viaggio, le persone, i turisti, i pescatori.. dopo qualche giorno anche voi avrete imparato a riconoscerli e vi faranno compagnia nella vostra vacanza

Una casa in piena campagna adatta a persone che hanno voglia di staccare dal caos e dalla routine quotidiana, è immersa nel tranquillo verde ma a 10 minuti dal centro del paese, per arrivare alla villetta bisogna percorrere circa 1,5 km di strada bianca praticabile.
