The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Quiet area but close to the historic center, two-room apartment of 40 square meters consisting of a large kitchen living room with sofa bed. Large terrace. Double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Apartment with independent entrance on the mezzanine floor. Air conditioning, WIFI, TV and ample free parking near the apartment. On foot it is possible to reach the beaches of the town: "La Rossa" (550 meters), "Pianotta" and "Moletto" (800 meters); the beautiful beach of Barbarossa at 1.5 Km.

Callistemon: Ilaria's house

Beautiful house not far from the historic center of Porto Azzurro on the first floor, two balconies with deck chairs and a small table for eating. Upon entering, there is a bright kitchen with appliances, an area with a single sofa bed and television, a hallway with a built-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with a tub that can be used as a shower and a beautiful double bedroom with a large wardrobe. Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen are included in the price. Breakfast is NOT included.

A balcony is featured with a table covered by a nautical-themed cloth. A palm tree stands alongside the railing, overlooking the marina filled with sailboats. Scenic hills in the background are complemented by a clear blue sky with scattered clouds.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The "Paradisino" is a penthouse directly overlooking the main square, namely Piazza Matteotti. From the two double bedrooms, you can enjoy a unique view of the Gulf of Porto Azzurro. A few meters away there are bars and traditional restaurants, as well as parking lots and beaches. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen, a bathroom, and two large double bedrooms, in addition to the sitting area, with a full-size sofa bed. Linens are not included (service on request).

The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Our stay was fantastic! The location is just awesome: during the day you can explore Elba and enjoy the sunset and tranquility in the evening. A huge recommendation and we hope to come back again 😊

The accommodation has a really unique location: very panoramic, very central, although quiet for sleep and well served. Great air conditioning and the terrace is great. The possibility of using the garage, nearby, was essential given the difficulty of parking in Porto Azzurro. Michele is always available and collaborative. We have some maintenance issues, but it happens at the end of the season We'll be back!

We arrived earlier and were received very nicely by Ana and her family. We were shown the apartment and everything was explained. If we had any questions, we contacted Ana and her daughter. All questions were answered right away. We felt very comfortable with Ana. The atmosphere was always very pleasant. Thank you so much to the family!!! There were four of us in the accommodation and we had enough space. :-) The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean! Our car had its own garage. The location of the apartment is unbeatable in our view. Right at the complex there is a Conad (so we always had fresh pastries for breakfast), the center is about a 10-minute walk. There are 3 smaller beaches in the city center, we chose Barbarossa beach. The beach of Barbarossa is just 20 min. on foot or 5 min. by car. When we are back in Porto Azzurro, we will certainly request this apartment again first.

We stayed at the accommodation proposed by Anna Maria for a week thissummer, the one after August The accommodation was as described by Anna Maria, who through support before arrival also helped us rent the sheets from the laundry room. The street is very quiet, but immediately close to the center of Porto Azzurro in 2 minutes by foot. Anna Maria is very friendly and friendly, she also recommended a great hike that we would have missed otherwise! Regarding parking initially, being not practical in the area, we went to the one for a fee the first days (also considering the week full of tourists). In the following days we explored the area and in the street of the accommodation we always found an unpaid place (a 5-minute walk from home). I recommend Anna Maria's place to those who like to stay quiet near the center of the village (and also the beach that Porto Azzurro offers)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can unwind very well and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.
