Il nostro appartamento si trova sul lungomare di Porto Azzurro: l'ampia finestra del soggiorno è un quadro che cambia di continuo a seconda delle ore del giorno, del vento, della stagione. Dall'inverno all'estate non ci si stanca mai di stare seduti sul balcone ad ammirare il mare: le barche che entrano in porto o che partono per il loro viaggio, le persone, i turisti, i pescatori... Dopo qualche giorno avrete anche voi imparato a riconoscerli e vi faranno compagnia nella vostra vacanza

La casa di nonna Anna è un grande e luminoso appartamento nel centro storico di Porto Azzurro: dalle finestre si vede il mare. Ha una terrazza di circa 60 metri , un grande salone, due ampie camere da letto e una grande cucina. La luce e l'energia del mare e del porto turistico invadono tutti gli ambienti. Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
