Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Port Charlotte

The place had a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking & to eat in. I’ve been to plenty of airbnbs and this home had everything and more. Highly recommend this place! Host was always responsive as well. Greatly appreciate!

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

We really liked the backyard area. The pool was great. We liked the cover that went over the pool to keep the pool warm. Kept the water about 10 degrees warmer. The beds could be more comfortable but the pillows were good. The place was very cute and charming. Would definitely stay here again!

Lisa was an amazing host! Her home was cozy, clean and stocked! Lisa went above with the personal touch of a pool gate which gave us some peace of mind with our 1-1/2 yr old son! Thanks for everything 😊

this was my family's home away from home during out trip to Florida. it was perfect for my family of 6. the pool and hot tub were fantastic. i would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place

Wonderful stay! My family loved the amenities for this home. The pool area was nice and private! The bathroom out in the pool area was super nice and very convenient. The grill was very clean and we used it a few evenings. We would stay here again. The home was clean and inviting.

We were very relaxed at this home because it felt like home. Home was completely and fully stocked with everything you needed. We even used items in the garage during our stay ( lawn chairs, floating devices and there were even fishing poles if we wanted to use). The HVAC and hot water tank looked new and the washer and dryer was great. In the event we ever travel in that area again I will definitely be staying at this home if it is available. For myself and my family Thanks Troy for making our stay easy and great!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

I'll definitely recommend. The only issue is just that instead of the top stove they could of just put a full oven. Other then there's nothing to criticize. Nothing at all.

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

Beautiful space with everything you could need and perfect for a little getaway. Close to the beaches and downtown area as well. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

Loved my stay with Te. She’s amazing and so is her place. The courtyard is so soothing with nature’s beauty. Close to the beach too! Hope to be back soon 😌

Very happy with the stay! The place was cozy, the lanai was incredible, and all the spaces were nicely organized. Would have liked a fan on the lanai, as it was quite hot, and maybe a small oven would have been useful. Other than that, it was a great stay. The area was extremely quiet, which was great.

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Awesome accomadations! Very roomy and comfortable. Joseph was flexible with our request for early arrival. The community of Burnt Store Marina was very welcoming and friendly! Overall, quite pleased with our stay!

Inna’s place is a very nice place for snowbirds. The pond in the back yard, the warm pool and nice neighbor were just what we needed. If we get a chance we would differently stay at the Pines at Deep Creek again. The only negative was the stairs but we did it for 6 weeks!

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!
