Cute Cozy Clean Canal Getaway Fishing, Birds 3B/2B

Our Airbnb is the perfect place to relax. It’s a great space to read, play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks the fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 35 minutes to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island, 40 minutes to Venice Beach, Nokomis, or Manasota Key where you can find shark teeth or only 55 min to the well known Siesta Key Beach!

This 3-bed, 2 bath house is spacious, open and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. House is on large corner lot with a fenced back yard. The screened lanai/pool area has a barbeque and comfortable outdoor furniture. The house can sleep 6 comfortably. One well behaved dog under 40 lbs allowed. The house has an open and split bedroom floor plan with the master suite on one side of house and two attractive bedrooms on the opposite side of the house that share a shower and jacuzzi tub.

Elegant heated pool canal home in very quiet area.

Great location! Bring your dog, bring your boat and enjoy the Florida sun in your heated saltwater swimming pool. Fish off your private dock while watching for dolphins or manatee. You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.
