Lovely apartment located in the north of the island overlooking the bay of Cala Feola. Free parking under the house. The apartment has a spacious layout with an equipped living room-kitchen entrance, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Large outdoor space with two terraces, one located at the entrance and the other in the wing above the house, both are equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue area, kitchen and solarium area. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is not rented to minors without parents.

Its strategic location does not require transportation.
