Casa da Fonte

Casa da Fonte is in Lugar da Praia, a small village situated in a valley between the mountain and the beaches, on the south coast of São Miguel. It is in the center of the Island, close to the freeway, ideal as a starting point for long car or walking tours. There are several sandy beaches around, a waterfall and a natural pool a 5-minute walk away, and a hiking trail with a breathtaking landscape. Quiet place, in the middle of nature, without noise from cars. Totally relaxing and invigorating!

Chestnut tree

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Pineapple House IV

Sleep among the Azores Pineapples 🍍✨ Cozy house set on a property dedicated to the iconic Azores pineapple. Private parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning included. Located in Fajã de Baixo, about 4 km from Ponta Delgada city center, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and may be adjusted subject to availability. Please let us know your expected arrival time in Ponta Delgada so we can arrange check-in. We recommend renting a car.

It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Casa do Galo

Casa do Galo is a five-minute walk away from the “green lake”, and only three from the “blue lake”, giving you the opportunity to enjoy, comfortably, the peace and tranquility of the Sete Cidades volcano crater, immersed in the different shades of green. There are several recommended trails in the area which allow guests to explore the beauty of the nearby lakes and the local restaurants give you the chance of tasting the delicious Azorean cuisine.

New house with luxury finishes with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on the island of São Miguel - Azores. Space with large areas and a light and modern decor. The rooms and the balcony/solarium are facing east, enjoying a fantastic view over the city, the sea and the Lagoa do Fogo Mountain. It is close to the Farmer´s Market, the Marina, the Main Avenue and downtown. The airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.

Watermill - Guest Cottage - 10min to Citycenter

An old watermill, which has been recovered as a guest house, surrounded by nature and its beauty where the old riverside sings. Well located in the central part of São Miguel island, and still it has access to several touristic points and you can also visit one of the best surfing beaches in the world.
