What a fantastic place ! The location alone is worth 5 stars. Walking to the beach is indeed a hike/climb, but 100% worth it. Nice that there were screens everywhere for the windows. We haven't had any problems with vermin. Our host was quick and friendly and helped us well with tips about the island (there is a lot to do), and even organized a cake for the birthday of two of us. In short, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Really gorgeous stay. Made me want to stay at the place rather than go anywhere else. So close to the water so you can enjoy the natural beauty in between other plans. Layout of the home with so many bathrooms was great for multiple guests

Our stay was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Peaceful. Nice to be out of downtown Ponta Delgada- but convenient enough to get to and enjoy the Festival and the city when we wanted to. The house is strategically located on the south shore and perfectly located to drive to the island’s sites. A couple very nice restaurants are within easy walking distance. The ocean pools are right across the street. We enjoyed whale watching, hiking and traversing the Island, seeing all the sites. Ludovic was a txt away and helped out whenever we needed! Our 8 day stay went by so quickly, but it was wonderful.

Beautiful quiet house with splendid views of the ocean. A car is required to move around but it is the perfect location to recharge quietly for a few days.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our group of 5 liked the ability to spread out a bit on this 3 bedroom house, and the 2 bathrooms minimized the congestion getting ready in the morning. We liked the private parking inside the property, but since we had a rental that was a little larger and without the greatest turning ratio, we opted to just park on the street rather than negotiate with the driveway. We always found a spot in front of the church next door. Totally equipped kitchen and proximity to supermarkets gave us a break from eating out all the time and a chance to enjoy the property's great backyard. Carla was very helpful, easy going, and the house was spotless. The area is not in the heart of any action, but still only a few minutes drive away from anything, and it was fine by us (in fact, we preferred it). There is a convenient little market literally under the second floor great for essentials. Amazing place, and we were grateful for Carla for the opportunity to stay in it.

“Compact” apartment but it has everything one needs and is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent Internet connection! Beautiful view of the city (south and east). The hosts were reactive and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood (and a quiet building) with a parking lot across the street. It is a walking distance to the city centre (shops and restaurants) and also to a larger shopping centre. I had a very pleasant stay.

Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. The location is unbeatable—waking up to the sound of the ocean and having panoramic views of the Atlantic from the property was a dream come true. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was welcoming and responsive. We loved the outdoor space where we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and some drinks at sunset. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in paradise. Being so close to nature made this the perfect base for exploring the beauty of São Miguel. We can’t recommend this place enough!

mariana’s apartment is super comfortable and clean, great view and just some minutes away from a great beach, we had an amazing time there.

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

We loved our stay! You can see the ocean off one side of the patio. Walkable to marina and restaurants. Great space.

10/10 recommend. Amazing stay that felt like home with a beautiful view. Mario was amazing and attentive as a host. Close to town with restaurants and the highway to get you where you need to be ASAP

The kids loved the pool, was quiet place, and lots of space. the beds were comfortable, the location was good. the view from the kitchen was fantastic.we loved that we had three showers and toilets.

We had an amazing stay at Raquel’s place. The apartment is really clean and well decorated. We felt right at home. The view from the garden and the pool is amazing. It feels like a 5 star hotel. Thank you for everything

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

Refurbished, spacious, clean and well-located apartment in the pretty little town of Vila Franca do campo, close to the port and water activities (cetacean observation, kayaking, etc.) and shops. Well-equipped kitchen that allows you to make yourself at home, a balcony and a terrace... Even better than what we had imagined from the description!

If you want to have a good time in a quiet place and a beautiful view, this is the place. In addition, the proximity to tourist attractions is a plus. You have a grocery store less than 2 minutes away which is very convenient. The hosting was excellent. Don't hesitate.

We loved getting to stay here, the location was beautiful and the home was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for about a week. The view from the front porch was perfect for having a glass of wine after exploring all day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location right at the fishing port (Porto Dos Carneiros) and walkable to the municipal pools/natural pools of Lagoa (Complexo Municipal de Piscinas da Lagoa). The kids loved the natural pools and the facility and spent the better part of two days there. We went to the restaurant that is right across the way Boca Aberta and had some lovely seafood and was one of the best meals we had on our trip. The house is nice and clean with a nice kitchen and common area which overlooks the port. Loved our stay here.

We were three for 5 nights in Roberto's apartment and it corresponded exactly to our ideas - the communication was flawless and especially the in-house rental car was extremely helpful. Really highly recommended as a total package!

The location is perfect, close to everything (sea activities, restaurants and grocery store). The terrace was a favorite and the apartment offers beautiful brightness with several windows. The host was super helpful when needed and very welcoming. He also notified us many weeks in advance of the relevant details to know to ensure a better experience. Excellent stay for the 7 guests that we were.

We loved our stay at Miguel's place. The place felt like our home on the beautiful Sao Miguel island. We loved the pieceful location, the house that had everything we needed, the beautiful outside space and the views over the green fields and the ocean. Miguel was a great host, he welcomed us for a late check-in, surprised us with a selection of local food and wine and gave us excellent recommendations as to where to go and some really nice restaurants to visit. Thanks for everything, Miguel!
