The «SARA conVida – Parque Urbano Residence» villa is a 2 bedroom house, with a private outdoor space. It is completely renovated, with modern and minimalist decor, providing a cozy and inviting space for a peaceful stay. Located in the center of Ponta Delgada, next to the Urban Park. The calm and security of the area stands out. You can walk to the city center in less than 20 minutes. By car, you have easy access to the island's many tourist attractions. Oasis House: Pearl Apartment | Refúgio à beira-mar

Modern architecture apartment, very bright, overlooking the ocean and the Lagoa do Fogo mountain. This apartment is literally on the sea, with a small port with crystal clear waters in front of it, where you can swim or fish. It is located on the 1st floor of the OASIS house, a building with only one other apartment called Coral (located on the ground floor). The Pearl apartment is accessed by stairs. It is possible to book both apartments at the same time.
