We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

Great place to relax in Port Orange. Joe was an excellent host, very responsive, and extremely accommodating. Would high recommend a stay here! It's close to all Daytona has to offer and if you feel like staying in, there's a nice patio to relax and grill on.

The property is as advertised. Plenty of amenities! Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. Instructions provided prior to check in and prior to check out were easy to follow. We would stay here again!

We had such an amazing time at this place! It was much bigger than we expected which was nice. Huge TVs in every room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Super cute area of Orlando and close to Wekiwa Springs. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot/pan/dish we could possibly need. Pool was big and the backyard felt private. We didn’t want to leave!

The Florida Camp was beautiful! We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor is beautiful and it was even better in person than in the photos. We were traveling from Maine so the complimentary toiletries and laundry detergent helped lighten our load. We traditionally stay with family in NSB, but had a graduation to celebrate so there was not enough space this time. We all agreed that we would book with Lydia at this awesome property again if we weren’t able to stay with family!

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

The home was spotless, it was equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and property were well-maintained. First off, what an amazing Airbnb in such an amazing destination. This host was THE BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at locally in Volusia County / Daytona Beach. I had a great stay at Jocelyn and Jared’s cottage. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable few days. One of my favorite parts was how dog-friendly the place is,my pup Ryu felt right at home, which made the stay even better. The only thing I’d mention is that the backyard and pool area could use a bit of attention. There was some yard debris, limited lighting at night, and an old shed that felt a little out of place. But other than that, everything inside the house was perfect, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere overall. Thanks again for hosting!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Wonderful condo and wonderful Host! Juliana responded promptly when I had a question or concern. For example, when we arrived the kids saw there was no controller for the PS5. I reached out to Juliana, and she had a replacement delivered the next day--Perfect! The condo was beautiful with modern and upgraded fixtures, appliances, and amenities. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony, and the kids loved going to the heated pool! This was our first experience using Airbnb, and it couldn't have gone better :) Thanks, Juliana!!

We had a wonderful time at Kayla’s place. The townhome is very spacious and well appointed. The beach is only a couple of minutes away. There is a four lane road to cross in order to reach it, but as there is a middle turning lane and cars drove at a reasonable speed, we never found it difficult to get across. The beach itself is perfect and was not at all crowded when we were there. We would happily come back and stay again.

Very quiet and relaxing place. Has a little park on the waterway that you can walk to. The air bnb has everything you need. Will stay again!

Perfect for a group - The main house is steps from Flagler Beach and its public beach access. It has two true bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a third room that has bunk beds to accommodate a crowd. For our needs, it was close to everything and centrally located and easily accessible from all major roadways. The wifi was fast and stable and everything in the house worked as it should.

Was happy with the stay. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was peaceful and had nice neighbors as well. If you like the Waffle House, it is in walking distance from the house at the end of the street around the corner, just in case you get hungry late at night! Nice place to stay!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!
