I told you we’d be back—we just couldn’t stay away! This villa is truly something special, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxed family birthday getaway. Coming back felt like coming home. This time around, we got to explore more of the area—some great little local spots and hidden gems we missed the first time. But honestly, nothing beats mornings on the deck with coffee and that ocean view, or winding down with the sound of the waves in the background. The house was just as spotless and well-stocked as we remembered, and Thomas was once again the kindest, most helpful host. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and easy, but this one nails it.

Incredible views from this super comfy condo! One of those places that immediately feels like home once you step inside. Super clean, very well decorated, and the location can’t be beat! Host was incredibly kind and thoughtful with a special request I had. 10/10 from me and my family!

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This was a great place for our family of six. Host Lisa was great, responsive and attentive. The area had plenty of activities, stores and restrauants. Also used all the amenities from the game room to the available beach items for the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you again

Everything was great. We had an amazing time. We've always lived near the ocean, and a few years ago, we lived in Tennessee. My kids were by the ocean. It was truly incredible. Everything was just as we saw in the description. Thank you 💖

Melissa’s place was exactly as described! Very clean & tidy, direct access to the beach and walkable to many restaurants / stores. We loved our stay here as we were passing through to Fort Lauderdale!

We have been to Jeep Beach 3 years now and found Airbnb's. I am also a superhost. This is the only one we have already said we want to come back to because we felt so comfortable and peaceful! You had everything here and it was very relaxing. Even close to the ramp to enter the beach. We couldn't ask for more. I even enjoyed putting my OCD to use and cleaning up but there were no cleaners at hand so I used basic water, dish soap and the broom. Lisa is an excellent administrator and hostess for your team! She is right on top of everything! You couldn't ask for a better leader!!! She contacted me the day before thru text and we were all set! Looking forward to another return! Our stay was fantastic! The home was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay more enjoyable. China was an amazing host and made our stay even more wonderful. 10/10

The exterior didn't match the inside so we were worried but pleasantly surprised. These old folks had a hard time with the microwave being so low to the floor. We had to sit on the floor. We couldnt figure out to get the portable AC unit in the bedroom to get cooler the pool was clean. We would stay again.

We loved the location and the place was just what we needed. Just like the pictures and the host was impressively responsive. Will def book again.

The condo was very nice, just as the pictures looked. We had no issues accessing the condo; overlooking the beach and pool just made it extra special. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay and the location is wonderful. Had a minor issue on check in night as the wrong instructions were sent but luckily someone answered the service line and we were able to get the correct instructions within 15 minutes. Elevators were always quick, and the place was clean. My kids have asked to come back next year!

We had a wonderful time staying at Frank's place. It was the perfect space for our family of 6 adults. Everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. It is steps away from the beach and a short walk to many bars and restaurants.We highly recommend it!

The Unit was great and so was the host! Checking in was easy, as long as you get there before 10pm. Parking for one car was always available. Unit located on the 5th floor and close enough to elevator and entrance which made unpacking and forgetting something in the car not a big trek. Location is great at the Oceanwalk. On the beach with pools open till late at night. Pools were heated and beach was nice and clean. The only negative is that the Sun disappears behind the building by 2pm. But you only notice on a chilly day and if you are by the pools. As for the unit itself, it’s very nice. Views from the main balcony were stunning during Sunrise and Moonrise. The HVAC systems worked great and the beds were fine. Our kids had a great time. Host was very responsive. One the first night the water was cold. The next day someone was there and thankfully it was resolved quickly, with no issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Was a great place to stay, few minutes from the beach and not far from the speedway.

Lovely hotel on the beach, we enjoyed waking up everyday to a beautiful view. The room was clean and well-stocked for our stay. There was no stove to cook food, but there was a hot plate available for cooking needs. We brought our air fryer to prepare a few meals and found that sufficient. The hotel also has a tiki bar that is open each day after 11:30 if you don’t want to cook, or you can walk down the street and find several other options. We found that the room met all of our needs. Our only issue was the slow-flushing toilet (must hold the handle down for a longggg time), and the tendency for the floors to “sweat” when you take a hot shower. Minor issues that really had no bearing on our stay at all, just some things for future guests to look out for. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here - you won’t regret it!

We have been traveling together to New Smyrna Beach since 2015, I believe we missed one or two years, and by far Kate's was our favorite vacation spot. Everything about the condo was awesome. Everything in the description was exactly as described. We always look for a 1st floor unit, oceanfront, with easy access to the beach. Kate's condo checked all the boxes. Kate was so amazingly responsive, it was as if I was catching up to an old friend that I hadn't talked to in a while just picked right up where we left off. I highly recommend considering Kate's place, it's truly perfect! We'll be back Paul Syracuse, N.Y.

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable and exactly as advertised. Convenient to Daytona Speedway and I-95, and close to Starlite Diner, a great old school diner for breakfast. Esther is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. In fact, I’m staying at another of her properties in February. I would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great. Perfect size for my husband, toddler, and me. Instructions on how to find the condo and how to get in were super easy. The pool and beach were right there, as promised. There was a nice private sitting area with beach views that only members of the condo could access. On Saturdays during the summer there are free concerts on the boardwalk. They had fireworks and we could see them from the condo, my daughter loved it! Nice little breakfast spot under attached to the condos, very convenient. Restaurants and attractions nearby/walkable. Everything was very clean inside the condo and we did not have any issues. 😀 Chaitrali checked in multiple times to see how the stay was going. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Bill made everything as easy as possible! Was spacious enough for all eight of us! The employees at the resort are also so kind and helpful. We never had to leave with everything you need being so close! We can’t wait to come back!
