Condo vacation rentals in Ponce Inlet

We just got home from the easiest beach vacation ever! Getting down to the beach was so easy that I didn’t mind if I had to go back and get something we forgot :) The sand is packed and is so easy to walk on! The pool was awesome and not crowded. We were the only ones in it most of the time. This section of beach is not crowded at all. If you look north up the beach you can see how crowded the other areas get. The rental was so nice and clean. We ate in most meals and it had all the kitchen items we needed. Our host was super informative and attentive. I usually want a new vacation spot for each one our family takes, but I could easily see us coming back to Sea Fern!

We loved our stay here in NSB! It felt perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The condo itself is wonderful- everything was well stocked from kitchen items to beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach umbrellas. The bathroom had nice big towels and lovely soaps provided. Every detail was well thought through. We appreciated having laundry available during our stay. The property is quiet and peaceful… loved the easy access to beach, pool, and parking. The ocean views are beautiful from the condo. Stephanie and Greg were wonderful hosts and excellent communicators- appreciated their quick communication and attention to detail- making sure we were settled and had our needs met. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back too!

I have stayed at a lot of properties on Daytona, and this is by far the best one. When I arrived, there was somebody to show me around which I had never had before so I didn’t have any issues finding where things were because I had a nice in-depth tour when I got there. The view was beautiful never really had to ask the host for anything because the tour was so informational. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you’re trying to find a good one for the summer with friends and family.

We enjoyed the our stay. The condo was quiet and comfortable. We had all that we needed. The views were fantastic. Will rent again!

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!

Isabell kept us up to date on construction going on and was flexible and easy to work with. The location was spectacular, easy to get to, beautiful views and nice amenities. We would definitely book again!

The description and pictures matched perfectly. The views of the Intercoastal and ocean were spectacular! The city views at night from bedroom were relaxing. The home was spotless and smelled good. Will book again!

Having never been to New Smyrna we were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased wih David's condo. It was fully furnished and the view was terrific. The pool was very nice. The restaurants and other attractions were easily acessible. We were even able to see an X flight takeoff from the cape. David was good at communicating when we needed information. We hope to come back to David's unit again next year.

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

Had a great time visiting Daytona this weekend! The location is perfect and close to everything-easy access to boardwalk and extremely walkable. Super comfy inside the apartment and had plenty of extras to make it feel like home!

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, will definitely stay here again if in NSB. Thank you for everything Marianela!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

We took our kids 11 & 9 to this beautiful Boho beach condo!!! It was the last 3 days of our 2025 of our spring break. We loved the location, the views and all the extras at the condo. The condo had beach chairs, toys & umbrellas which made our days on the beach easy and breezy. We had a hard time leaving this serene space. Its as close to the beach as possible. The elevator made hauling the beach gear very easy. Great hosts for an amazing condo!! 10 outta 10 would recommend.

The Surf Shack is in a great location, right off of Flagler Ave, and was super clean, well appointed, and very well stocked. Beautiful views from the large sliding glass doors, and also from the balcony. The heated pool was perfect after a day on the beach! The sun and moon rises were amazing as well as all the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. The pelicans flying at arm’s length were equally astounding. The were so many little pleasantries to enhance our stay that made us feel so special. Although we didn't need anything from the host during our stay, Tania was super friendly and always very responsive to any communication. Not only would I recommend Surf Shack to others, but I will visit again anytime I am in the area! Thanks again for a making us feel so at home.

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

Just wrapped up a wonderful vacation at Pelican View! Having visited the Daytona area multiple times while my daughter was in college there, I can honestly say this is the best unit I've stayed in locally BY FAR. From the easy garage access to the pristine nature of the condo's interior, everything was just... easy. The hosts were phenomenal with their overall welcoming nature and quick response time when needed. As an added bonus, we quickly discovered Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill on the pier less than a 5 minute walk away! Many quick meals and tasty beverages were consumed at this convenient location on the pier. Finally, we had never stayed outside of the main strip of Daytona Beach and I much prefer this unit's Daytona Shores location: Overall it's much quieter, cleaner, and generally less of a tourist-trap feel. All in all, I would highly recommend Pelican View for anyone needing accommodation in this area and will certainly be back in the future.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Beautifully renovated space, Great place to stay to walk to Flagler beach shops and restaurants. Great pool and beach access. Just be aware laundry is on property, but not in the unit. Had a great time, hosts were very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts have thought of everything, including recommendations and extras for the stay. Location is great as this area of the beach is not as busy as others. Would definitely stay again.
